توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم (السبت)، استمرار تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق تبوك، الجوف، الحدود الشمالية، حائل، القصيم، الرياض، الشرقية، في حين لا يستبعد هطول أمطار خفيفة وتكوّن الضباب على أجزاء من مرتفعات مناطق جازان، عسير، الباحة، مكة المكرمة.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر ستكون شمالية شرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية تتحول خلال فترة الظهيرة جنوبية غربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 14 - 34 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وجنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة 15 - 35 كم/ساعة تصل سرعتها إلى 50 كم/ساعة باتجاه مضيق باب المندب، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الجنوبي يصل إلى أعلى من مترين باتجاه مضيق باب المندب، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج باتجاه مضيق باب المندب.
فيما ستكون حركة الرياح على الخليج العربي جنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية بسرعة 15 - 35 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط تصل سرعتها إلى أكثر من 45 كم/ساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الشمالي وغربية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة 10 - 25 كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى مترين على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر متوسط الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وخفيف الموج على الجزء الجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today (Saturday) that the effects of active winds stirring up dust and sand will continue in parts of the regions of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, Ha'il, Al-Qassim, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, while light rain and fog formation are not ruled out in parts of the highlands of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be from the northeast to the southeast, shifting during the afternoon to the southwest to the northwest at speeds of 14 - 34 km/h in the northern and central parts, and from the southeast to the south in the southern part at speeds of 15 - 35 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h towards the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The wave height will range from half a meter to one meter in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, reaching over two meters towards the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The sea condition will be light to moderate waves, becoming choppy towards the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
Meanwhile, the wind movement over the Arabian Gulf will be from the southeast to the east at speeds of 15 - 35 km/h in the northern and central parts, reaching over 45 km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the northern part, and from the west to the southwest at speeds of 10 - 25 km/h in the southern part. The wave height will range from one meter to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one meter in the southern part, with the sea condition being moderate waves in the northern and central parts and light waves in the southern part.
