برعاية مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير خالد بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، تنطلق اليوم (الأربعاء)، فعاليات «مؤتمر نُبل لصحة ورفاه كبار السن»، وتستمر أعماله لمدة يومين.
ويأتي تنظيم المؤتمر في إطار دعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، الرامية إلى تعزيز جودة الحياة، من خلال استعراض أحدث المستجدات في مجال رعاية كبار السن، ومناقشة السبل الكفيلة بتطوير الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية المقدمة لهم. ويشارك في المؤتمر نخبة من الخبراء والمتخصصين من الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الصحي والقطاع غير الربحي، بما في ذلك وزارة الصحة وبرنامج «الدروب».
ويهدف المؤتمر إلى إبراز أهمية تبنّي نموذج الرعاية المتكاملة لكبار السن، وتعزيز التنسيق بين الجهات ذات العلاقة، إضافة إلى طرح مبادرات وحلول مبتكرة تسهم في رفع مستوى الرفاه وجودة الحياة لهذه الفئة الغالية. وأعلن المشرفون على المؤتمر اعتماد فعالياته من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية بواقع 12 ساعة تعليم طبي مستمر (CME).
Under the patronage of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the activities of the "Noble Conference for the Health and Well-being of the Elderly" will kick off today (Wednesday) and will continue for two days.
The organization of the conference comes as part of supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the quality of life by showcasing the latest developments in the field of elderly care and discussing ways to improve the health and social services provided to them. A group of experts and specialists from government agencies, the health sector, and the non-profit sector, including the Ministry of Health and the "Daroub" program, will participate in the conference.
The conference aims to highlight the importance of adopting an integrated care model for the elderly and to enhance coordination among relevant entities, in addition to proposing innovative initiatives and solutions that contribute to raising the level of well-being and quality of life for this precious group. The conference organizers announced that its activities have been accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for 12 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME).
