أصدرت نقابة المهن التمثيلية، برئاسة الفنان المصري أشرف زكي، قراراً رسمياً بوقف مسلسل «روح OFF» بشكل نهائي، ومنع عرضه خلال موسم رمضان، بعد ثبوت مخالفته للوائح والقوانين المنظمة للعمل الفني، مؤكدة أن القرار نهائي وغير قابل للتراجع.
تجاهل التحذيرات
وأوضحت النقابة في بيان صحفي أن قرار الإيقاف جاء عقب تجاهل المنتج بلال صبري عدة إنذارات وتحذيرات سابقة طالبت بالالتزام بتعليمات النقابة، إلا أنه استمر في مخالفة القواعد المعمول بها داخل الوسط الفني.

مخالفة القوانين
وكشفت النقابة أن من أبرز المخالفات ظهور المنتج في مقطع فيديو متداول وهو يتعاقد مع البلوغر «أم جاسر» للمشاركة في أحد الأعمال الفنية، بالمخالفة لقرارات النقابة التي تمنع الاستعانة بغير المقيدين بجداولها دون الحصول على التصاريح القانونية اللازمة.
تشديد على الالتزام بالقانون
وشددت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر على تمسكها بتطبيق القانون بكل حزم، مؤكدة أنها لن تسمح بأي تجاوزات أو محاولات للالتفاف على اللوائح، وأن حماية المهنة وضمان حقوق أعضائها يأتيان في مقدمة أولوياتها.

The syndicate clarified in a press statement that the suspension decision came after producer Bilal Sabry ignored several previous warnings and notices demanding compliance with the syndicate's instructions, yet he continued to violate the established rules within the artistic community.

Violation of Laws
The syndicate revealed that one of the most notable violations was the producer appearing in a circulated video while contracting with blogger "Um Jaser" to participate in one of the artistic works, in violation of the syndicate's decisions that prohibit hiring individuals not registered with it without obtaining the necessary legal permits.

The Actors' Syndicate in Egypt emphasized its commitment to enforcing the law firmly, stating that it will not allow any violations or attempts to circumvent the regulations, and that protecting the profession and ensuring the rights of its members are among its top priorities.
