أوضحت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، أن أكثر من مليوني معتمر ومعتمرة استفادوا من خدمة «التحلل من النسك» مجاناً في المسجد الحرام على مدار الساعة، وذلك ضمن منظومة الخدمات المتكاملة التي تُقدَّم لضيوف الرحمن خلال موسم العمرة.
وبيّنت الهيئة، أن الخدمة متاحة للرجال والنساء، وتُقدَّم في الساحة الشرقية للمسجد الحرام، وتُنفَّذ وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة، وبإشراف كوادر مؤهلة ومدرَّبة، بما يضمن سرعة الأداء وتنظيمه، ويسهم في التيسير على المعتمرين بعد إتمام مناسكهم بكل يُسر وطمأنينة.
وأفادت، أن الخدمة تراعي معايير التعقيم والنظافة المعتمدة، من خلال استخدام أدوات معقمة واتباع إجراءات صحية دقيقة، بما يحقق أعلى مستويات السلامة الصحية لضيوف الرحمن.
وأكدت الهيئة، أن هذه الخدمة تأتي في إطار حرص القيادة على الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة في الحرمين الشريفين، وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، الرامية إلى تحسين تجربة ضيوف الرحمن، وتوفير بيئة تعبّدية آمنة ومتكاملة تعكس عناية المملكة بالحرمين الشريفين وقاصديهما من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has clarified that more than two million male and female pilgrims have benefited from the "release from rituals" service for free at the Grand Mosque around the clock, as part of the integrated services provided to the guests of Allah during the Umrah season.
The authority indicated that the service is available for both men and women, and is provided in the eastern courtyard of the Grand Mosque. It is implemented according to the highest standards of quality and safety, under the supervision of qualified and trained staff, ensuring quick and organized performance, which contributes to facilitating the experience for pilgrims after completing their rituals with ease and reassurance.
It was reported that the service adheres to approved sterilization and cleanliness standards, by using sterilized tools and following precise health procedures, achieving the highest levels of health safety for the guests of Allah.
The authority confirmed that this service comes as part of the leadership's commitment to enhancing the level of services provided in the Two Holy Mosques, and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, aimed at improving the experience of the guests of Allah, and providing a safe and integrated worship environment that reflects the Kingdom's care for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors from all over the world.
