ضمن البرامج التطويرية التي تنفذها وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد؛ ممثلةً بمعهد الأئمة والخطباء بهدف الارتقاء بالخطاب المنبري، وتعزيز دور الخطيب في خدمة المجتمع، وتمكينه من أدوات التأثير الإيجابي التي تواكب المتغيرات الفكرية والاجتماعية، وتسهم في ترسيخ مفاهيم الوسطية والاعتدال.
نفّذت الوزارة، أمس، الملتقى التاسع للخطباء في منطقة تبوك، بمشاركة عددٍ من أئمة وخطباء الجوامع والمساجد بالمنطقة، الذي تناول عدداً من المحاور من أبرزها دور الخطيب في تعزيز الصحة النفسية لدى المجتمع، وخطوات إعداد الخطبة المؤثرة، ومهارات الخطيب الناجح، إلى جانب أساليب التعامل مع النوازل والأزمات، وتوجيهات مهنية لخطباء الجوامع.
ويهدف الملتقى إلى تطوير مهارات الأئمة والخطباء، ورفع كفاءتهم العلمية والعملية، وتمكينهم من أدوات الإعداد والتواصل، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الخطبة، وتعزيز أثرها الإيجابي، وترسيخ الثقة بين الخطيب والمجتمع.
As part of the developmental programs implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah, and Guidance, represented by the Imams and Preachers Institute, aimed at elevating the quality of sermon delivery, enhancing the role of the preacher in serving the community, and equipping them with positive influence tools that keep pace with intellectual and social changes, contributing to the establishment of concepts of moderation and balance.
Yesterday, the ministry held the ninth forum for preachers in the Tabuk region, with the participation of several imams and preachers from mosques and prayer halls in the area. The forum addressed several key topics, including the role of the preacher in promoting mental health within the community, steps to prepare an impactful sermon, skills of a successful preacher, as well as methods for dealing with calamities and crises, and professional guidance for mosque preachers.
The forum aims to develop the skills of imams and preachers, enhance their scientific and practical competencies, and empower them with preparation and communication tools, which contributes to improving the quality of sermons, enhancing their positive impact, and establishing trust between the preacher and the community.
