في نهج مختلف عن الأعوام السابقة، أشعرت وزارة التعليم المعلمين المنقولين عبر برنامج «فرص» من خلال حساباتهم في نظام فارس، دون إعلان رسمي أو بيان توضيحي متزامن، كما كان معمولاً به في السابق من تفاعل واسع.
وكشف معلمون لـ«عكاظ»، أن آلية النقل اليوم تختلف عن الأعوام السابقة. وقال ماجد العتيبي: «الوزارة كانت تعلن سابقاً موعد حركة النقل الخارجي للمعلمين والمعلمات عبر موقعها الرسمي والبيانات الصحفية الموزعة، إضافة إلى تفاعل حساباتها في منصات التواصل».
وأضاف فهد الروقي: «حركة هذا العام جاءت بشكل صامت، إذ يصل لكل معلم ومعلمة إشعار عبر منصة «فرص» في نظام فارس».
ولفت خالد الشهري، إلى أن إعلان الحركة في السابق كان يوضح عدد المتقدمين ونسبة تحقيق الرغبات، وإرشاد من يريد تقديم الاعتراض.
وبيّن محمد الزهراني أن حساب وزارة التعليم الرسمي على منصة (X) لم ينشر أي تفاعل منذُ أمس مع هذا الحدث العام الذي يترقبه آلاف المعلمين، إذ كان آخر منشور عن تنافس الموهوبين في اختبار الرياضيات، وآخر قبل 4 أيام عن تكريم منظومة التعليم والتدريب بمناسبة يوم التطوع السعودي والعالمي 2025م.
يذكر أن وزارة التعليم، اشترطت لنقل المعلمين والمعلمات عبر برنامج «فرص» عدم العدول عن الطلب بعد انتهاء التقديم، والسماح بالتقدّم لأكثر من فرصة في الإعلان الواحد، مع اشتراط مرور 5 سنوات قبل التقديم على فرصة جديدة، وعدم إتاحة لمّ الشمل ضمن البرنامج، إضافة إلى قصر تقديم المتعاقدين لائحياً على نطاق إداراتهم التعليمية وفق شروط.
In a different approach from previous years, the Ministry of Education informed teachers who were transferred through the "Opportunities" program via their accounts in the Fares system, without an official announcement or a simultaneous explanatory statement, as had been customary in the past with widespread interaction.
Teachers revealed to "Okaz" that the transfer mechanism today differs from previous years. Majid Al-Otaibi said: "The ministry used to announce the date of the external transfer movement for teachers through its official website and distributed press releases, in addition to the interaction of its accounts on social media platforms."
Fahd Al-Ruqai added: "This year's movement came quietly, as each teacher receives a notification via the 'Opportunities' platform in the Fares system."
Khalid Al-Shahri pointed out that the announcement of the movement in the past used to clarify the number of applicants and the percentage of desires fulfilled, as well as guidance for those wishing to file an objection.
Mohammed Al-Zahrani indicated that the official account of the Ministry of Education on the (X) platform has not published any interaction since yesterday regarding this public event that thousands of teachers are anticipating, as the last post was about the competition of talented individuals in the mathematics test, and the one before that was 4 days ago about honoring the education and training system on the occasion of Saudi and Global Volunteer Day 2025.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Education has stipulated that for teachers to be transferred through the "Opportunities" program, they must not withdraw their application after the submission period ends, and they are allowed to apply for more than one opportunity in a single announcement, with the condition that five years must pass before applying for a new opportunity, and that family reunification is not permitted within the program, in addition to limiting the application of contractors to their educational administrations according to specific conditions.
