حصدت محافظة العُلا لقب «أفضل مشروع للسياحة الثقافية في العالم لعام 2025»، ضمن جوائز السفر العالمية لهذا العام، في إنجازٍ يعزّز مكانتها وجهةً عالميةً للثقافة والتراث والاستكشاف، ويؤكد ريادتها المتنامية في تقديم تجارب ثقافية متكاملة تستند إلى إرثها الإنساني الفريد وطبيعتها الاستثنائية.
ويُعد هذا التكريم من أرفع الجوائز في الحفل السنوي والأعلى تقديراً في قطاع السفر عالمياً، إذ نالت العُلا اللقب بعد حصولها على أعلى عدد من الأصوات من نخبة الخبراء الدوليين وكبار التنفيذيين وأبرز منظمي الرحلات ووكلاء السفر المعتمدين.
سلسلة إنجازات
ويأتي هذا التكريم العالمي ليُضاف إلى سلسلة إنجازات حققتها العُلا أخيراً، بعد نيلها ثلاث جوائز إقليمية ضمن النسخة الشرق أوسطية من جوائز السفر العالمية 2025، وهي: أفضل مشروع للسياحة الثقافية في الشرق الأوسط لعام 2025، وأفضل وجهة للفعاليات والمهرجانات في الشرق الأوسط لعام 2025، وأفضل مشروع سياحي ثقافي رائد في المملكة لعام 2025.
The Al-Ula Governorate has won the title of "Best Cultural Tourism Project in the World for 2025" as part of this year's World Travel Awards, in an achievement that enhances its status as a global destination for culture, heritage, and exploration, and confirms its growing leadership in providing comprehensive cultural experiences based on its unique human heritage and exceptional nature.
This recognition is one of the highest awards at the annual ceremony and the most esteemed in the global travel sector, as Al-Ula earned the title after receiving the highest number of votes from a select group of international experts, senior executives, and prominent tour operators and accredited travel agents.
Series of Achievements
This global recognition adds to a series of achievements that Al-Ula has recently accomplished, having received three regional awards in the Middle Eastern edition of the World Travel Awards 2025, which are: Best Cultural Tourism Project in the Middle East for 2025, Best Destination for Events and Festivals in the Middle East for 2025, and Best Leading Cultural Tourism Project in the Kingdom for 2025.
