علمت «عكاظ» أن المركز السعودي للأعمال منع الأفراد ملاك المؤسسات الفردية والشركات المرتبطة بنفس المالك من «إصدار، أو نقل ملكية، أو الدخول كشريك» إلا بعد مرور 6 أشهر من آخر وقت تملّك فيه الفرد سجلاً تجارياً آخر.
لا نقل للسجل بين الملاك
وبيّن المركز أنه في حال تم نقل ملكية سجل تجاري لمؤسسة فردية أو شركة مرتبطة بنفس المالك من شخص لآخر، فلن يسمح بنقل ملكية السجل مرة أخرى إلا بعد مرور 6 أشهر، ويطبّق هذا القيد على السجل التجاري ذاته.
وظهرت الفترة الماضية ملاحظة لأصحاب المؤسسات الفردية ممن أصدروها أخيراً، عند رغبتهم في إصدار سجل تجاري آخر جديد، شملت الملاحظة التالي: «لا يمكن للمالك الجديد تملك مؤسسة فردية إلا بعد مضي ستة أشهر من تاريخ آخر عملية نقل ملكية».
ووفقاً لأحدث البيانات حتى نهاية عام 2025، فإن إجمالي عدد المنشآت التجارية في المملكة بلغ نحو 1.765.667 منشأة، موزعة بين مختلف الأحجام، إذ بلغ عدد المنشآت المتناهية الصغر 166.624 منشأة، فيما بلغ عدد المنشآت الصغيرة 4.302 منشأة، وعدد المنشآت المتوسطة 1.572.780 منشأة، بينما سجلت المنشآت الكبيرة نحو 21.961 منشأة.
يذكر أنه في العام الماضي، تم إطلاق النسخة الثانية من مبادرة «استرداد» لإعادة مبالغ الرسوم الحكومية المدفوعة إلى المنشآت، لدعم وتمكين المنشآت متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة، ومكنت المبادرة المنشآت المستفيدة من استرداد رسوم 10 خدمات حكومية، بما يعزز استدامتها ونموها، فيما بلغت المخصصات المالية للمبادرة 1.5 مليار ريال.
Al-Iqtisadiah learned that the Saudi Center for Business has prohibited individual owners of sole proprietorships and companies linked to the same owner from "issuing, transferring ownership, or entering as a partner" until six months have passed since the last time the individual owned another commercial registration.
No transfer of registration between owners
The center clarified that if the ownership of a commercial registration for a sole proprietorship or a company linked to the same owner is transferred from one person to another, the ownership of the registration will not be allowed to be transferred again until six months have passed, and this restriction applies to the commercial registration itself.
Recently, there has been a notice for owners of sole proprietorships who issued them recently, when they wished to issue another new commercial registration, which included the following observation: "The new owner cannot own a sole proprietorship until six months have passed from the date of the last ownership transfer."
According to the latest data until the end of 2025, the total number of commercial establishments in the Kingdom reached approximately 1,765,667 establishments, distributed among various sizes, with the number of micro establishments being 166,624, while the number of small establishments was 4,302, and the number of medium establishments was 1,572,780, while large establishments recorded about 21,961.
It is worth noting that last year, the second version of the "Refund" initiative was launched to return the amounts of government fees paid to establishments, to support and empower micro, small, and medium enterprises. The initiative enabled the benefiting establishments to recover fees for 10 government services, enhancing their sustainability and growth, with the financial allocations for the initiative amounting to 1.5 billion riyals.
