أكد وزير العدل السوداني الدكتور عبدالله درف لـ «عكاظ» أن الشعب السوداني يثمن عالياً مبادرات خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز بجانب الشعب السوداني وجهودهما الكبيرة في حل النزاعات ورأب الصدع في الدول العربية والإسلامية.
وقال في حديثه على هامش مؤتمر العدل: إن طلب ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بحث الرئيس الأمريكي لحل النزاع في السودان بعد أن كشف له حقيقة الأوضاع أسهم في إقناع الرئيس الأمريكي في 30 دقيقة ليتحول ذلك إلى نافذة أمل للشعب السوداني.
وأضاف درف: الشعب السوداني لن ينسى الموقف العظيم والإنساني لولي العهد، الذي يسعى لحل النزاعات الإقليمية، وهو جهد مبارك محل التقدير،
والشواهد في ذلك كثيرة، إذ أنقذ السودان وقبله سورية وغزة، وله أيادٍ بيضاء ممتدة، متسلحاً بالمكانة العالية التي يحظى بها وتحظى بها المملكة.
وتابع الوزير: المؤتمر العدلي الثاني الذي تستضيفه الرياض محفل دولي قانوني مهم، وهذه الدورة تعنى بالجودة القضائية، واطلعنا على تجربة المملكة التي حققت تقدماً كبيراً في معايير الجودة القضائية سواء كان على مستوى التشريعات أو على مستوى الإجراءات القضائية أو على مستوى تقصير مدة التقاضي عبر إدخال المعاملات الإلكترونية.
واستطرد: المنظومة العدلية المتطورة بالسعودية أدت إلى أن تكون المملكة متقدمة في معايير جودة القضاء والوصول إلى أكثر من 90% من حالة الرضا للمستخدمين تجاه الإجراءات القضائية أو التقاضي، وحجزت السعودية بذلك موقعاً متقدماً في هذا الجانب، فتجربة المملكة في تحديث التشريعات وبإجراءات التقاضي تجربة يحتذى بها، وكذا الحال في الاستجابة لكل المعايير المطلوبة لجودة القضاء، وهي تجربة تستحق أن يحتذى بها، وتستحق أن تنقل إلى بقية الدول، وهذه واحدة من مهمات المؤتمر في تبادل التجارب والخبرات، ونحن الدول العربية نحتاج أن ندرس تجربة المملكة العربية السعودية، ونأخذ منها ما استطعنا.
نافذة أمل للسودانيين
وتطرق درف للأحداث في السودان، ووصف مبادرة ولي العهد بأنها خطوة إنسانية ومهمة، وفتحت نافذة أمل للسودانيين، فقد لعبت المملكة العربية السعودية دوراً متقدماً في الوقوف بجانب الشعب السوداني، وكانت أول مبادرة في الحل من المملكة العربية السعودية في مايو 2023 في اتفاق في جدة.
وتأتي مبادرة ولي العهد في الإطار ذاته، وكانت للمبادرة دور كبير في تغيير المشهد لاسيما في ما يتعلق بطبيعة الحرب، وقد رحبت الحكومة السودانية فوراً بالمبادرة، فالجميع يدرك أن المملكة العربية السعودية لها تأثير كبير في الشرق الأوسط، ولعبت وما زالت تلعب دوراً كبيراً فيما يتعلق في إيقاف الحرب ودعم الشعب السوداني ومداواة جراح الأمة العربية والإسلامية، فالمملكة العربية السعودية لعبت دوراً محورياً في ما يتعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية وإيقاف آلة القتل في غزة.
واختتم وزير العدل السوداني حديثه لـ «عكاظ» برفع الشكر لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، وولي العهد، ولوزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني على تنظيم المؤتمر.

Sudanese Minister of Justice Dr. Abdullah Darf confirmed to "Okaz" that the Sudanese people highly appreciate the initiatives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, alongside the Sudanese people and their significant efforts in resolving conflicts and mending the rift in the Arab and Islamic countries.
He stated in a conversation on the sidelines of the Justice Conference that the Crown Prince's request for the U.S. President to address the conflict in Sudan, after revealing the realities of the situation to him, contributed to convincing the U.S. President in 30 minutes, turning that into a window of hope for the Sudanese people.
Darf added: The Sudanese people will not forget the great and humanitarian stance of the Crown Prince, who seeks to resolve regional conflicts, which is a blessed effort worthy of appreciation.
There are many witnesses to this, as he saved Sudan and previously Syria and Gaza, and he has extended white hands, armed with the high status that he and the Kingdom enjoy.
The minister continued: The second judicial conference hosted by Riyadh is an important international legal event, and this session focuses on judicial quality. We have learned from the Kingdom's experience, which has made significant progress in judicial quality standards, whether at the level of legislation, judicial procedures, or reducing litigation duration through the introduction of electronic transactions.
He elaborated: The advanced judicial system in Saudi Arabia has led the Kingdom to excel in judicial quality standards, achieving over 90% user satisfaction regarding judicial procedures or litigation, thus securing a prominent position in this regard. The Kingdom's experience in modernizing legislation and litigation procedures is exemplary, as is its response to all required standards for judicial quality. This experience deserves to be emulated and shared with other countries, and this is one of the conference's tasks in exchanging experiences and expertise. We, the Arab countries, need to study the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and take from it what we can.
A Window of Hope for Sudanese People
Darf addressed the events in Sudan, describing the Crown Prince's initiative as a humanitarian and important step that opened a window of hope for the Sudanese people. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia played a leading role in standing by the Sudanese people, being the first initiative for a solution from Saudi Arabia in May 2023 in an agreement in Jeddah.
The Crown Prince's initiative comes within the same framework and has played a significant role in changing the scene, especially concerning the nature of the war. The Sudanese government immediately welcomed the initiative, as everyone recognizes that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a significant influence in the Middle East and has played, and continues to play, a major role in stopping the war and supporting the Sudanese people and healing the wounds of the Arab and Islamic nation. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has played a pivotal role regarding the Palestinian issue and stopping the killing machine in Gaza.
The Sudanese Minister of Justice concluded his remarks to "Okaz" by expressing gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince, and Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani for organizing the conference.
