جدد وزير الدولة محافظ العاصمة اليمنية المؤقتة عدن عبدالرحمن شيخ، موقفه الحاسم تجاه مشروع المليشيا الحوثية الانقلابي، معلناً الاصطفاف التام إلى جانب خيار الدولة ومؤسساتها الدستورية لإنهاء الانقلاب.
ودان المحافظ شيخ، في تدوينة عبر منصة «إكس»، بشدة الاعتداءات والأعمال الإرهابية التي تشنها قوى الحوثية ضد المملكة العربية السعودية.
وأكد محافظ عدن وحدة المصير المشترك في المعركة الوجودية ضد المشروع الإيراني وأدواته في المنطقة.
من جهته، دان وزير العدل استهداف مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية المجمع القضائي بمدينة تعز بقذائف الهاون، واصفاً ذلك بأنه اعتداء يستهدف مؤسسات العدالة ويُعد انتهاكاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وقال وزير العدل القاضي بدر العارضة في بيان: «إن قصف المرافق القضائية يجسد النهج الذي تتبعه المليشيا في استهداف مؤسسات الدولة وتقويض دورها، ويعكس استخفافها بالقوانين والأعراف الدولية التي تكفل حماية المنشآت المدنية والعدلية بشكل خاص»، مضيفاً: «مثل هذه الاعتداءات لن تثني السلطة القضائية عن مواصلة أداء رسالتها في تحقيق العدالة وترسيخ سيادة القانون».
ودعا الوزير العارضة، المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحقوقية إلى إدانة هذا الاعتداء، واتخاذ موقف مسؤول إزاء الانتهاكات التي تتعرض لها المؤسسات المدنية والقضائية، والعمل على محاسبة مرتكبيها وفقاً للقانون الدولي.
وجدد وزير العدل التأكيد على أن السلطة القضائية ستواصل أداء واجبها الوطني في حماية الحقوق وصون العدالة، رغم التحديات والاعتداءات التي تستهدف مؤسساتها، بما يحقق سيادة القانون ويخدم الوطن والمواطن.
The Minister of State and Governor of the temporary Yemeni capital, Aden, Abdulrahman Sheikh, renewed his firm stance regarding the Houthi militia's coup project, announcing full alignment with the option of the state and its constitutional institutions to end the coup.
The governor Sheikh strongly condemned, in a post on the platform "X," the attacks and terrorist acts carried out by Houthi forces against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Governor of Aden affirmed the shared destiny in the existential battle against the Iranian project and its tools in the region.
For his part, the Minister of Justice condemned the targeting of the judicial complex in the city of Taiz by the terrorist Houthi militia with mortar shells, describing it as an assault on justice institutions and a violation of international humanitarian law.
Minister of Justice Judge Badr Al-Aradah stated in a statement: "The bombing of judicial facilities embodies the approach taken by the militia in targeting state institutions and undermining their role, and reflects its disregard for the laws and international norms that guarantee the protection of civilian and judicial facilities in particular," adding: "Such assaults will not deter the judiciary from continuing its mission of achieving justice and establishing the rule of law."
The minister Al-Aradah called on the international community, the United Nations, and human rights organizations to condemn this assault, take a responsible stance regarding the violations faced by civil and judicial institutions, and work to hold the perpetrators accountable in accordance with international law.
The Minister of Justice reiterated that the judiciary will continue to fulfill its national duty in protecting rights and preserving justice, despite the challenges and assaults targeting its institutions, in a manner that achieves the rule of law and serves the nation and the citizen.
