The Ministry of Education will begin accepting external transfer requests for educational job holders (opportunities) starting today (Sunday) through the accounts of teachers in the electronic Fares system. The ministry has specified the points of preference for the program, which was approved starting from the last academic year 1446 AH to replace the external transfer movement for teachers, which was announced after the end of the academic year.
The ministry indicated that the maximum points for preference on opportunities for teachers in schools will be as follows:
1- Specialty test for the educational professional license 35 points (the score of the specialty test approved in a valid professional license).
2- General educational test for the educational professional license 25 points (the score of the educational test approved in a valid professional license).
3- Professional development points 25 points (according to the guide for calculating professional development points earned during the year preceding the application date).
4- Average performance evaluation for the previous two academic years 30 points (the average score of performance evaluation for the last two academic years is calculated).
5- Days of absence without excuse 14 points (one point deducted for each day of absence without excuse during the year preceding the application date).
6- Educational job rank 8 points (Assistant Teacher - Teacher 2
Practitioner 4 Advanced 6 Expert 8).
7- Volunteer hours 20 points (one point for each recorded hour of volunteering during the year preceding the application date).
8- Points for the year of application for those who applied for transfer before the year 1443 AH 13 points (one point for each year).
9- Employment service 25 points (one point for each year).
10- Those working within supervisory formations or as a school principal at the time of application 5 points (for those with active assignment decisions in the Fares system at the time of application).
The ministry clarified that the points of preference for opportunities in supervisory and school formations will be as follows:
1- Specialty test for the educational professional license 35 points (the score of the specialty test approved in a valid professional license).
2- General educational test for the educational professional license 25 points (the score of the educational test approved in a valid professional license).
3- Professional development points 25 points (according to the guide for calculating professional development points earned during the year preceding the application date).
4- Average performance evaluation for the previous two academic years 30 points (the average score of performance evaluation for the last two academic years is calculated).

It was noted that in case of a tie between applicants in preference points according to the type of opportunity, preference is given based on the following order:
- Specialty test for the educational professional license. - General educational test for the educational professional license. - Average performance evaluation. - Absence without excuse (the least)
- Date of commencement.
