أشار تقرير صدر في الولايات المتحدة، أن حجم سوق تكنولوجيا الموارد البشرية في السعودية يواصل نموه بشكل متسارع. وتوقع التقرير، أن يتسع حجم تلك السوق من 576.8 مليون دولار في عام 2024 ليصل إلى مليار دولار بحلول 2031.

وأوضح التقرير، أن زخم نمو هذا القطاع استمد توسعه من ازدهار أنظمة الابتكار في السعودية، بوجود أكثر من 1,600 شركة تكنولوجيا ناشئة، وتمويل تجاوز 412 مليون دولار خلال النصف الأول من عام 2024؛ خصوصاً أن مثل هذه الشركات تُقبل بشكل متزايد على حلول التخزين السحابي، وأنظمة الموارد البشرية القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، التي تستخدم في التوظيف، وكشوف الرواتب، والتعلّم، والامتثال للقانون، ومشاركة أكبر للموظفين.
A report released in the United States indicated that the size of the human resources technology market in Saudi Arabia continues to grow rapidly. The report predicted that the size of this market will expand from $576.8 million in 2024 to $1 billion by 2031.
The growth is attributed to the items of the Saudi digital transformation in the public sector, banking, healthcare, education, and other sectors.
The report clarified that the momentum of growth in this sector is derived from the flourishing of innovation systems in Saudi Arabia, with more than 1,600 startup technology companies and funding exceeding $412 million during the first half of 2024; especially since such companies are increasingly adopting cloud storage solutions and AI-based human resources systems used in recruitment, payroll, learning, legal compliance, and greater employee engagement.
