أعلن البنك المركزي السعودي، في بيان رسمي، خفض معدل اتفاقية إعادة الشراء «الريبو» بمقدار 25 نقطة أساس ليصل إلى 4.25%، كما خفّض معدل اتفاقية إعادة الشراء المعاكس «الريبو العكسي» بالنسبة ذاتها ليبلغ 3.75%.
وأكد البنك المركزي أن الخطوة تأتي في ظل التطورات الاقتصادية العالمية، واتساقاً مع هدفه الرئيسي بالحفاظ على الاستقرار النقدي.
The Saudi Central Bank announced, in an official statement, a reduction in the repurchase agreement (repo) rate by 25 basis points to reach 4.25%. It also lowered the reverse repurchase agreement (reverse repo) rate by the same amount to 3.75%.
The Central Bank confirmed that this step comes in light of global economic developments and is consistent with its primary objective of maintaining monetary stability.
