انطلق في الرياض معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025، بحضور عدد من المسؤولين وصناع القرار، وقادة القطاع العقاري من داخل المملكة وخارجها، برعاية وزارة البلديات والإسكان، وبالشراكة مع الهيئة العامة للعقار، وبرنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، في حدث يعد الأكبر حضورا على مستوى العالم.
وأوضح وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، خلال افتتاح «سيتي سكيب» أنه يمثل منصة وطنية تعكس طموح المملكة في بناء مدن ذكية وحياة عصرية، واقتصاد عقاري عالمي يقوم على الابتكار والكفاءة والاستدامة.
وأضاف: «دعونا نمضي معاً بخطى واثقة نحو مستقبلٍ عمراني، يليق بطموح وطنٍ يبني مجده بعمل أبنائه، ويكتب فصول تقدمه بمعايير عالمية ورؤية وطنية راسخة».
وشهدت الجلسة الافتتاحية مشاركات من وزير الأراضي والبنية التحتية والنقل في جمهورية كوريا الجنوبية كيم يون دوك، ووزير الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني في سلطنة عُمان الدكتور خلفان الشويلي، إضافة إلى كلمة أمير منطقة عسير رئيس هيئة تطوير عسير الأمير تركي بن طلال بن عبدالعزيز، بما يعكس الحضور الدولي المتنامي للمعرض تحت شعار «مستقبل الحياة الحضرية».
وبيّن وزير البلديات والإسكان، أن قيمة الصفقات تتجاوز 43 مليار دولار، في مؤشر يعكس قوة الطلب في السوق العقاري وجاذبيته للمستثمرين محليا ودوليا.
وقد شهد اليوم الأول الإعلان عن عدد من المشاريع العقارية الجديدة، إذ أعلنت شركة NHC عن مشاريع تتجاوز قيمتها 26 مليار دولار، فيما كشفت حديقة الملك سلمان عن مشاريع تطويرية جديدة بقيمة مليار دولار، وأعلنت شركة أجدان عن مشاريع بقيمة 3.1 مليار دولار، وغير ذلك من مشاريع.
كما تواصلت فعاليات المعرض عبر جلسات وورش عمل، شارك فيها متخصصون في الهندسة المعمارية والبناء والتقنيات العقارية والتخطيط الحضري والاستثمار، ناقشت موضوعات تشمل مستقبل المدن، والاستدامة، والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، والأدوات الرقمية للتخطيط، والإسكان الميسر.
ويعتبر هذا الحدث منصة تجمع المعماريين والمخططين الحضريين والمستشارين، ومسؤولي هيئات الاستثمار والاقتصاد، لبحث المستجدات في قطاع العقار على مستوى الشرق الأوسط والعالم.
كما يتيح للشركات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية فرصة عرض مشاريعها وخدماتها أمام الزوار، وبناء شراكات تدعم مسيرة التنمية العمرانية والاقتصادية في المملكة.
The Global Cityscape Exhibition 2025 kicked off in Riyadh, attended by a number of officials, decision-makers, and leaders in the real estate sector from within and outside the Kingdom, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate, and the Housing Program, one of the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030, in what is considered the largest event of its kind in the world.
During the opening of "Cityscape," the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, explained that it represents a national platform reflecting the Kingdom's ambition to build smart cities, a modern lifestyle, and a global real estate economy based on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
He added: "Let us move forward together with confident steps toward an urban future that befits the aspirations of a nation building its glory through the work of its citizens, and writing chapters of its progress with global standards and a solid national vision."
The opening session featured contributions from Kim Yun-Duk, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of South Korea, and Dr. Khalfan Al-Shuaili, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning in the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to a speech by Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, the Emir of the Asir Region and Chairman of the Asir Development Authority, reflecting the growing international presence of the exhibition under the slogan "The Future of Urban Living."
The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing indicated that the value of transactions exceeds $43 billion, a sign that reflects the strong demand in the real estate market and its attractiveness to investors both locally and internationally.
On the first day, several new real estate projects were announced, with NHC announcing projects worth over $26 billion, while King Salman Park unveiled new development projects valued at $1 billion, and Ajdan Company announced projects worth $3.1 billion, among other projects.
The exhibition's activities continued through sessions and workshops, featuring specialists in architecture, construction, real estate technologies, urban planning, and investment, discussing topics including the future of cities, sustainability, generative artificial intelligence, digital planning tools, and affordable housing.
This event serves as a platform that brings together architects, urban planners, consultants, and officials from investment and economic authorities to discuss the latest developments in the real estate sector at the level of the Middle East and the world.
It also provides local, regional, and international companies the opportunity to showcase their projects and services to visitors, and to build partnerships that support the journey of urban and economic development in the Kingdom.
