بحضور ورعاية وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، وقّعت «NHC» اتفاقية تطوير عقاري سكني مع شركة «حسن علام للتطوير العمراني» المصرية، لتطوير مشروع عقاري متكامل يتضمن مكونات تجارية ومتعددة الاستخدامات في وجهة خزام شمال الرياض، وبقيمة استثمارية تتجاوز 3 مليارات ريال سعودي، وذلك على هامش مشاركتها كشريك مؤسس في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025.
ومثّل التوقيع من جانب «NHC» الرئيس التنفيذي محمد بن صالح البطي، ومن جانب شركة حسن علام المهندس حسن علام، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة حسن علام القابضة، وعمرو علام الرئيس التنفيذي المشارك لشركة حسن علام القابضة، وذلك في مركز الرياض للمعارض والمؤتمرات بملهم.
ويمتد المشروع على مساحة تتجاوز 200 ألف متر مربع، ويضم 2600 وحدة سكنية من نوع شقق ومكونات تجارية متعددة الاستخدام، صممت وفق أعلى معايير جودة الحياة، مع تكامل شامل بين المشروع والمرافق التجارية والترفيهية في وجهة خزام، بما يحقق تنوّعا في خيارات السكن ويوفر تجربة معيشية متكاملة للسكان.
يُذكر أن مشاريع «NHC» تُجسد رؤية الشركة في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة ترتكز على جودة الحياة، من خلال توفير المرافق والمسطحات المفتوحة التي تعزز المشهد الحضري وتواكب تطلعات السكان، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان -أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030- لرفع نسبة التملك السكني إلى 70%. كما تؤكد هذه المشاريع مكانة «NHC» كأكبر مطوّر عقاري في المنطقة، عبر نماذج لا تقتصر على البناء، بل تعبّر عن تحوّل وطني يُبنى على أرض الواقع.
In the presence and under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, "NHC" signed a residential real estate development agreement with Hassan Allam Urban Development Company to develop a comprehensive real estate project that includes commercial and mixed-use components in the Khuzam destination north of Riyadh, with an investment value exceeding 3 billion Saudi Riyals. This was on the sidelines of its participation as a founding partner in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition.
The signing was represented on behalf of "NHC" by CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, and on behalf of Hassan Allam by CEO in Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Magdy Al-Asar, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center in Malham.
The project spans an area exceeding 200,000 square meters and includes 2,600 residential units of apartments and various commercial components, designed according to the highest standards of quality of life, with comprehensive integration between the project and commercial and recreational facilities in the Khuzam destination, achieving diversity in housing options and providing a complete living experience for residents.
It is noteworthy that "NHC" projects embody the company's vision to develop integrated urban destinations based on quality of life, by providing facilities and open spaces that enhance the urban landscape and meet the aspirations of residents, in line with the targets of the Housing Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - to raise the home ownership rate to 70%. These projects also affirm "NHC's" position as the largest real estate developer in the region, through models that go beyond construction, reflecting a national transformation that is being built in reality.
