أعلنت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، إصدار نشرة الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتطوير منتجات إحصائية للقطاعات الحيوية، وتوفير مرجعية موثوقة وفعّالة وتقديرات دقيقة استنادًا إلى تحليل شامل لتكاليف المواد الأساسية، وتكاليف العمالة، وتكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات، وتكاليف الطاقة، للقطاعين السكني وغير السكني، لدعم قرارات المقاولين والمطورين العقاريين والجهات ذات العلاقة، والإسهام في رسم خارطة طريق واضحة للمشاريع الإنشائية السكنية وغير السكنية في قطاع البناء والتشييد.
وفي السياق ذاته، أظهرت نتائج مسح الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء لشهر سبتمبر 2025 ارتفاعًا على أساس سنوي بنسبة 0.7% مقارنةً بالعام الماضي، متأثرًا بارتفاع تكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني بنسبة 0.8%، وللقطاع غير السكني بنسبة 0.6%.
وأوضحت نتائج النشرة لشهر سبتمبر 2025، أن الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء سجّل استقرارًا في الأسعار على أساس شهري خلال سبتمبر 2025، مقارنة بشهر أغسطس 2025، حيث سجلت تكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني وتكاليف البناء للقطاع غير السكني استقرارًا نسبيًّا في شهر سبتمبر 2025.
The General Authority for Statistics announced the release of the construction cost index bulletin in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop statistical products for vital sectors, and to provide a reliable and effective reference with accurate estimates based on a comprehensive analysis of the costs of essential materials, labor costs, equipment and machinery rental costs, and energy costs, for both residential and non-residential sectors, to support the decisions of contractors, real estate developers, and relevant entities, and to contribute to outlining a clear roadmap for residential and non-residential construction projects in the building and construction sector.
In this context, the results of the construction cost index survey for September 2025 showed an annual increase of 0.7% compared to last year, influenced by a rise in construction costs for the residential sector by 0.8%, and for the non-residential sector by 0.6%.
The results of the bulletin for September 2025 indicated that the construction cost index recorded price stability on a monthly basis during September 2025, compared to August 2025, as construction costs for the residential sector and construction costs for the non-residential sector showed relative stability in September 2025.
