احتفلت وزارة السياحة بتخريج 50 عضوًا وعضوة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب السياحي في عددٍ من المؤسسات التعليمية والتدريبية السعودية، بعد إتمامهم برنامجًا تدريبيًا نوعيًا في السياحة والضيافة نُفذ في إسبانيا وسويسرا بالشراكة مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للسياحة، ضمن برنامج تطوير أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب السياحي.
وشمل البرنامج تدريبات نظرية وتطبيقية في جامعات عريقة، هدفت إلى تطوير مهارات التدريس والتدريب السياحي، وتعزيز الخبرات الأكاديمية والمهنية للمشاركين، بما يسهم في رفع جودة التعليم والتدريب السياحي في المملكة.
وأكدت الوزارة أن البرنامج ركز على تصميم مشروعات تعليمية وبحثية تلبي احتياجات القطاع السياحي في المملكة، إلى جانب تنمية مهارات القيادة الأكاديمية وتعزيز الشراكات الدولية بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية الكوادر الوطنية ورفع كفاءة التعليم والتدريب السياحي، وبما يعكس التزام الوزارة بتمكين الكوادر الوطنية المتخصصة في السياحة وربطها بأفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجالي السياحة والضيافة.
ويأتي هذا البرنامج ضمن إستراتيجية «أهلها» التي أطلقتها وزارة السياحة بهدف تأهيل الكفاءات الوطنية وتمكينها من قيادة مستقبل القطاع السياحي، من خلال برامج تدريبية عالمية تجمع بين التأهيل النظري والتطبيقي داخل المملكة وخارجها، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل من القادة الأكاديميين المؤهلين لدعم النمو المتسارع للقطاع السياحي في المملكة.
The Ministry of Tourism celebrated the graduation of 50 male and female members of the faculty and tourism training staff from a number of educational and training institutions in Saudi Arabia, after they completed a specialized training program in tourism and hospitality conducted in Spain and Switzerland in partnership with the United Nations World Tourism Organization, as part of the program to develop faculty and tourism training staff.
The program included theoretical and practical training at prestigious universities, aimed at developing teaching and tourism training skills, and enhancing the academic and professional experiences of the participants, contributing to improving the quality of tourism education and training in the Kingdom.
The ministry confirmed that the program focused on designing educational and research projects that meet the needs of the tourism sector in the Kingdom, in addition to developing academic leadership skills and enhancing international partnerships in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in developing national competencies and raising the efficiency of tourism education and training, reflecting the ministry's commitment to empowering specialized national cadres in tourism and linking them with the best global practices in the fields of tourism and hospitality.
This program is part of the "Ahlaha" strategy launched by the Ministry of Tourism aimed at qualifying national competencies and enabling them to lead the future of the tourism sector, through global training programs that combine theoretical and practical qualifications both inside and outside the Kingdom, contributing to the preparation of a generation of qualified academic leaders to support the accelerated growth of the tourism sector in the Kingdom.
