ارتفع سعر الذهب اليوم، للجلسة الرابعة على التوالي، ووصل إلى أعلى مستوى له في سبعة أسابيع مدعومًا بتراجع الدولار وانخفاض عوائد سندات الخزانة الأمريكية.
وزاد سعر الذهب في المعاملات الفورية واحدًا بالمئة إلى 4285.69 دولارًا للأوقية (الأونصة) مسجلًا أعلى مستوى له منذ 18 يونيو.
وفي الجلسة الماضية، سجل الذهب أكبر مكاسب يومية له منذ فبراير، وكسبت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب 0.9% لتصل إلى 4345.50 دولارًا.
وانخفض عائد سندات الخزانة الأمريكية القياسية لأجل 10 سنوات، وتعرض مؤشر الدولار لضغوط، ويؤدي تراجع العملة الأمريكية إلى انخفاض أسعار السلع المسعرة بالدولار بالنسبة لحائزي العملات الأخرى.
وبالنسبة للمعادن النفيسة الأخرى، ارتفع سعر الفضة في المعاملات الفورية 0.4% إلى 62.34 دولارًا للأوقية، وزاد سعر البلاتين 0.8% إلى 1750.15 دولارًا، وزاد سعر البلاديوم واحدًا بالمئة إلى 1377 دولارًا.
The price of gold rose today for the fourth consecutive session, reaching its highest level in seven weeks, supported by a decline in the dollar and falling yields on U.S. Treasury bonds.
The price of gold in spot transactions increased by one percent to $4285.69 per ounce, marking its highest level since June 18.
In the previous session, gold recorded its largest daily gains since February, with U.S. gold futures rising by 0.9% to $4345.50.
The yield on the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds fell, and the dollar index faced pressure, with the decline of the U.S. currency leading to lower prices for dollar-denominated commodities for holders of other currencies.
As for other precious metals, the price of silver in spot transactions rose by 0.4% to $62.34 per ounce, platinum increased by 0.8% to $1750.15, and palladium rose by one percent to $1377.
