وتضم قائمة المشاريع الجارية: تطوير شارع أم القرى، وصيانة مرافق خدمات الحجاج والمعتمرين بحجز السيارات، وتأهيل الأرصفة وممرات المشاة بطرقات العاصمة المقدسة والمشاعر المقدسة، وصيانة الجسور بالطريق الدائري الرابع، وتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة وتسوير المواقع، إلى جانب تنفيذ جسور مشاة بمواقع متفرقة بمرحلتيها الأولى والثانية، فضلًا عن الصيانة المدنية لأنفاق المشاعر المقدسة وأنفاق العاصمة المقدسة. وهي أعمال متكاملة تُترجم التزام المجموعة برفع كفاءة البنية التحتية وخدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
مشاريع جديدة تحت الترسية تفوق ٨١ مليون ريال
كما أوضحت المجموعة أن هناك مشاريع إضافية في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص قيد الترسية حاليًا، بقيمة تفوق ٨١ مليون ريال سعودي، الأمر الذي يعكس متانة خططها التوسعية وتنامي ثقة الشركاء بقدراتها على تنفيذ مشاريع إستراتيجية ذات أثر تنموي واسع.
وقد عززت المجموعة مكانتها عبر سجل إنجازات لافت، من أبرزها تطوير مشروع محبس الجن وصولًا إلى جمرة العقبة، وتطوير منطقة شارع الحجون حتى الطريق الدائري الثالث، ومشروع تطوير منطقة الخنساء، وهي مشاريع رسخت حضور المجموعة كفاعل رئيسي في مشاريع البنية التحتية، ولا يزال صداها ممتدًا حتى اليوم.
