أعلنت «تداول» السعودية، أن صافي مشتريات الجهات الحكومية بالسوق الرئيسية، خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 18 سبتمبر 2025 بلغ 7.25 مليار ريال، إذ شهد الأسبوع تنفيذ صفقات استحواذ صندوق الاستثمارات العامة على حصة تبلغ 54% في مجموعة إم بي سي.
وبلغ صافي مشتريات الأجانب عبر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر نحو 1.1 مليار ريال، وشهد الأسبوع الماضي تنفيذ «فوتسي راسل» تغييراتها في السوق السعودي وفقاً لمراجعتها نصف السنوية الدورية لمؤشراتها.
في المقابل، بلغ صافي مبيعات الشركات السعودية، نحو 6.45 مليار ريال، وصافي مبيعات المستثمرين الأفراد نحو 528 مليون ريال، وكبار المستثمرين الأفراد نحو 795 مليون ريال.
ملكية السوق
وكانت السوق المالية السعودية «تداول» قد أعلنت، التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، حسب الجنسية ونوع المستثمر، وكذلك حسب تصنيف المستثمر وفقاً للسلوك الاستثماري.
وبلغ مجموع القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة 9,059.80 مليار ريال نهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 18 سبتمبر 2025، بارتفاع بلغت نسبته 4.8% وبقيمة بلغت 414.73 مليار ريال، مقارنة بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
أما قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي فقد شكّلت ما نسبته 4.5% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 18 سبتمبر 2025.
Saudi "Tadawul" announced that the net purchases of government entities in the main market during the week ending September 18, 2025, amounted to 7.25 billion riyals, as the week witnessed the execution of acquisition deals by the Public Investment Fund for a 54% stake in MBC Group.
The net purchases of foreigners through foreign direct investment reached approximately 1.1 billion riyals, and last week, "FTSE Russell" implemented its changes in the Saudi market according to its semi-annual review of its indices.
In contrast, the net sales of Saudi companies amounted to about 6.45 billion riyals, while the net sales of individual investors reached approximately 528 million riyals, and the net sales of major individual investors were around 795 million riyals.
Market Ownership
The Saudi financial market "Tadawul" had announced the weekly report on the value of investors' ownership and its percentage of the total value, according to nationality and type of investor, as well as according to the classification of investors based on investment behavior.
The total market capitalization of listed shares reached 9,059.80 billion riyals at the end of the week ending September 18, 2025, with an increase of 4.8% and a value of 414.73 billion riyals compared to the previous week.
The value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.5% of the total market capitalization of listed shares as of September 18, 2025.
