اختُتمت أعمال اليوم الثاني من المنتدى والمعرض العالمي للبنية التحتية، الذي يُقام في مركز الرياض الدولي للمؤتمرات والمعارض، وسط مشاركة واسعة من خبراء ومتخصصين محليين ودوليين، وتجاوز عدد الزوار في اليوم الثاني أكثر من 9000 زائر من داخل المملكة وخارجها.
توقيع 4 اتفاقيات
وشهد اليوم الثاني توقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين مركز مشاريع البنية التحتية بمنطقة الرياض وNHC Innovation، وقعها من الطرف الأول الرئيس التنفيذي المهندس فهد بن سليمان البداح، والرئيس التنفيذي للطرف الثاني المهندس ريان بن عبدالله العقل؛ بهدف تطوير حلول مبتكرة قائمة على البيانات، وتبادل الخبرات في الذكاء الاصطناعي والمدن الذكية، إضافة إلى تنسيق التكامل التقني مع منصة «بلدي+» لتطبيقها في مشاريع البنية التحتية، إلى جانب توقيع 3 اتفاقيات تعاون لدعم الابتكار في مشاريع البنية التحتية، وتبني التقنيات الحديثة، وتعزيز التكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص لتحقيق مستهدفات التنمية الحضرية المستدامة.
8 جلسات حوارية
وتواصلت أعمال المنتدى عبر عقد 8 جلسات حوارية ناقشت أبرز التوجهات المستقبلية في المدن الذكية والبنية التحتية الرقمية، وشملت موضوعات متنوعة تتعلق بالبنية التحتية الرقمية والذكاء الحضري، التنمية المستدامة، التنقل الذكي والنقل المتصل، الحوكمة والسياسات والخدمات الموجهة للمواطن، إضافة إلى التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص وإستراتيجيات المستقبل.
وشارك في هذه الجلسات عدد من المتحدثين البارزين، من بينهم المدير العام في منظمة التعاون الرقمي الدكتورة هاجر الحداوي، ورئيس التميز الحضري في الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض الدكتور مارتن ديفيز، ورئيس المدن الذكية ببلدية المنطقة الشرقية المهندس محمد ضيف الله بن حجنة، إلى جانب مدير تقنية المعلومات والمدن الذكية بمدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية محمد شاه، والمخططة الحضرية الرئيسية في شركة أتكنز رياليس المهندسة فيلينا، ومدير المناطق اللوجستية الجديدة بوزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية علاء بانبيلة، والمدير التنفيذي لحوكمة البيانات الجغرافية المكانية في الهيئة العامة للمساحة والمعلومات الجيومكانية علي العواجي، والمدير الأول للمدن الذكية في أتكنز رياليس ساشا سود.
وأكد المشاركون أن مستقبل المدن الذكية في المملكة يعتمد على التكامل بين البنية التحتية الرقمية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة، ورفع كفاءة الإنفاق، وتحقيق التنمية الحضرية المستدامة، وصولاً إلى جعل الرياض واحدة من أبرز المدن الذكية عالمياً.
وتستمر أعمال المنتدى حتى اليوم الأربعاء 17 سبتمبر 2025، بمشاركة نخبة من قادة البنية التحتية والخبراء المحليين والدوليين؛ لبحث رؤية البنية التحتية الوطنية، التخطيط المتكامل، التمويل المبتكر، التقنيات المستقبلية.
The second day of the Global Infrastructure Forum and Exhibition, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, concluded with wide participation from local and international experts and specialists. The number of visitors on the second day exceeded 9,000 from within the Kingdom and abroad.
Signing of 4 Agreements
On the second day, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Riyadh Region Infrastructure Projects Center and NHC Innovation. The agreement was signed by the CEO of the first party, Engineer Fahd bin Suleiman Al-Badah, and the CEO of the second party, Engineer Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql; aimed at developing innovative data-driven solutions, exchanging expertise in artificial intelligence and smart cities, in addition to coordinating technical integration with the "Baladi+" platform for application in infrastructure projects. Three additional cooperation agreements were also signed to support innovation in infrastructure projects, adopt modern technologies, and enhance integration between the public and private sectors to achieve sustainable urban development goals.
8 Panel Discussions
The forum continued with 8 panel discussions that addressed the most prominent future trends in smart cities and digital infrastructure. The discussions covered various topics related to digital infrastructure, urban intelligence, sustainable development, smart mobility and connected transport, governance and policies, and citizen-oriented services, in addition to cooperation between the public and private sectors and future strategies.
Several prominent speakers participated in these sessions, including Dr. Hajar Al-Hadaoui, General Director at the Digital Cooperation Organization, Dr. Martin Davis, Head of Urban Excellence at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Engineer Mohammed Dhifallah bin Hujna, Head of Smart Cities at the Eastern Province Municipality, as well as Mohammed Shah, Director of Information Technology and Smart Cities at the Economic Knowledge City, Chief Urban Planner at Atkins Railis, Engineer Velina, Director of New Logistics Areas at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, Alaa Banbila, Executive Director of Geospatial Data Governance at the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information, and Sasha Sud, Senior Director of Smart Cities at Atkins Railis.
Participants emphasized that the future of smart cities in the Kingdom relies on the integration of digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence applications, contributing to enhancing quality of life, improving spending efficiency, and achieving sustainable urban development, ultimately making Riyadh one of the leading smart cities globally.
The forum will continue until Wednesday, September 17, 2025, with the participation of a select group of infrastructure leaders and local and international experts to discuss the vision for national infrastructure, integrated planning, innovative financing, and future technologies.
