أشاد وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية بندر الخريف، بما تتميز به منطقة الباحة من مقومات اقتصادية وسياحية وترفيهية، مؤكدا أنها تحظى بمزايا نسبية تجعلها قادرة على استقطاب استثمارات نوعية في قطاعات متعددة، بما يتسق مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 الرامية إلى تنويع مصادر الاقتصاد الوطني.
وأوضح الوزير الخريف، خلال لقائه الذي نظمته غرفة الباحة، اليوم، في مركز الأمير حسام للمؤتمرات والمعارض بمدينة الباحة، بحضور عدد من رجال وسيدات الأعمال والمستثمرين، أن المنطقة سيكون لها موقعها ضمن الإستراتيجية الوطنية الصناعية، مبينا أن الوزارة ستعمل بالتعاون مع إمارة المنطقة وغرفة الباحة والقطاع الخاص لتحويل تلك الفرص الاستثمارية إلى مشاريع واقعية.
وبيّن الخريف أن الوزارة تنفذ إستراتيجياتها الصناعية من خلال منظومة متكاملة تُعنى بخدمة المستثمر الصناعي، عبر توفير التسهيلات وتجاوز التحديات بالشراكة مع مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة، مشددا على أن القطاع الخاص يمثل شريكا رئيسيا في تحقيق النجاحات.
معالجة التحديات
وأشار الوزير الخريف إلى أن تعامل الوزارة مع المستثمرين يتم بمسارين: أولهما معالجة التحديات على مستوى المناطق، وثانيهما وضع الحلول للتحديات المشتركة بين القطاعات، داعيا إلى تفعيل لجان متخصصة لتبني الحلول العملية التي تواكب احتياجات المستثمرين.
وشهد اللقاء مناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الصناعي في منطقة الباحة، ودور الوزارة في تمكين المستثمرين ودعم الحراك الصناعي بما يعزز مكانة المنطقة الاستثمارية.
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al-Khorayef, praised the economic, tourism, and entertainment components that characterize the Al-Baha region, confirming that it enjoys relative advantages that make it capable of attracting quality investments in various sectors, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at diversifying the sources of the national economy.
During a meeting organized by the Al-Baha Chamber today at the Prince Hussam Conference and Exhibition Center in Al-Baha, attended by a number of businessmen and investors, Minister Al-Khorayef explained that the region will have its place within the national industrial strategy, indicating that the ministry will work in collaboration with the Emirate of the region, the Al-Baha Chamber, and the private sector to turn those investment opportunities into real projects.
Al-Khorayef stated that the ministry implements its industrial strategies through an integrated system that focuses on serving the industrial investor, by providing facilities and overcoming challenges in partnership with various relevant entities, emphasizing that the private sector represents a key partner in achieving successes.
Tackling Challenges
The minister pointed out that the ministry's dealings with investors occur through two pathways: the first is addressing challenges at the regional level, and the second is providing solutions to common challenges across sectors, calling for the activation of specialized committees to adopt practical solutions that meet the needs of investors.
The meeting witnessed discussions on the main challenges facing the industrial sector in the Al-Baha region, and the role of the ministry in empowering investors and supporting industrial movement to enhance the region's investment position.
