في إنجاز جديد يعكس تطور القطاع العقاري السعودي، تُوِّجت شركة «أسس» بجائزتين مرموقتين خلال حفل Arabian Property Awards 2025 التابع لـ International Property Awards، الذي أُقيم في مدينة دبي، وذلك عن مشروعها المميز «عين أسس».

ويجسد هذا التتويج المكانة المتنامية للمشاريع العقارية السعودية، والتوجّه الاستراتيجي لشركة «أسس» في تطوير مجتمعات حضرية متكاملة تجمع بين التصميم المعماري المبتكر وحاجات السوق المعاصرة.
طابع معماري متفرد
وقد أثنت لجنة التحكيم على تفوق مشروع «عين أسس» من حيث الطابع المعماري المتفرد، وتكامله الوظيفي، وما يقدمه من تجربة عمرانية استثنائية، مما عزز موقعه بين أبرز المشاريع العقارية المتنافسة لعام 2025.
وشهد الحفل تكريم نائب الرئيس للاستثمار في شركة «أسس» الأستاذ خالد الماجد، الذي تسلّم الجائزتين بحضور نخبة من كبار المستثمرين وقادة القطاع العقاري في المنطقة.

The jury praised the excellence of the "Ain Asas" project in terms of its unique architectural character, functional integration, and the exceptional urban experience it offers, enhancing its position among the top competing real estate projects for 2025.
The ceremony honored Mr. Khalid Al-Majed, Vice President of Investment at "Asas", who received the two awards in the presence of a select group of prominent investors and leaders in the real estate sector in the region.
