أصدر برنامج الإسكان -أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030- تقريره السنوي لعام 2024 تحت عنوان «من القرار للاستقرار»، مستعرضاً أبرز مؤشرات الأداء والمنجزات الإستراتيجية التي أسهمت في دعم الاقتصاد الكلي وزيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي غير النفطي، إلى جانب ما حققه من منجزات مرتبطة بمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، وذلك في ظل ما يحظى به البرنامج من اهتمام ورعاية من القيادة الرشيدة، انطلاقاً من حرصها على تعزيز الاستقرار السكني للمواطنين.
وأوضح التقرير أن نسبة تملك الأسر السعودية بلغت 65.4% بنهاية عام 2024، متجاوزة مستهدف عام 2025 البالغ 65%، ما يعكس فاعلية المبادرات والممكنات السكنية والتمويلية التي يقدمها البرنامج بالتكامل مع الشركاء. كما كشف استفادة أكثر من 122 ألف أسرة من الدعم السكني خلال العام، وتمكّن أكثر من 21 ألف أسرة مستحقة من تملك مساكنها عبر مسارات الإسكان التنموي.
وبيّن أن عام 2024 شهد توقيع أكثر من 13 ألف عقد لمنتج الأراضي التابعة لوزارة البلديات والإسكان، ونحو 16 ألف عقد للبناء الذاتي، وأكثر من 49 ألف عقد للوحدات الجاهزة، إضافة إلى أكثر من 27 ألف عقد للبيع على الخارطة.
وأكد التقرير أن إستراتيجية برنامج الإسكان راعت تسارع وتيرة التملك رغم المتغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية، ونجحت في إطلاق مبادرات ومشاريع تطويرية وفرت فرصاً سكنية متنوعة، وجذبت شركاء من القطاع الخاص، وأسهمت في توفير فرص وظيفية واستثمارية.
ويهدف برنامج الإسكان إلى تمكين الأسر السعودية من تملّك المسكن الملائم بكل يسر، من خلال حزمة من المنتجات السكنية والتمويلية، وتوفير خيارات تناسب مختلف الفئات في جميع مناطق المملكة، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 برفع نسبة التملك إلى 70%.

The Housing Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - has released its annual report for 2024 titled "From Decision to Stability," showcasing the most prominent performance indicators and strategic achievements that contributed to supporting the macroeconomy and increasing the non-oil GDP, along with the accomplishments related to the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. This comes in light of the program's attention and care from the wise leadership, stemming from its commitment to enhancing residential stability for citizens.
The report indicated that the homeownership rate among Saudi families reached 65.4% by the end of 2024, exceeding the target for 2025, which is 65%. This reflects the effectiveness of the housing and financing initiatives provided by the program in collaboration with partners. It also revealed that more than 122,000 families benefited from housing support during the year, and over 21,000 eligible families were able to own their homes through developmental housing pathways.
It showed that 2024 witnessed the signing of more than 13,000 contracts for land products affiliated with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, nearly 16,000 contracts for self-construction, and over 49,000 contracts for ready-made units, in addition to more than 27,000 contracts for off-plan sales.
The report emphasized that the strategy of the Housing Program took into account the accelerating pace of homeownership despite global economic changes, successfully launching initiatives and developmental projects that provided diverse housing opportunities, attracted partners from the private sector, and contributed to creating job and investment opportunities.
The Housing Program aims to enable Saudi families to own suitable housing easily, through a package of housing and financing products, providing options that suit various categories in all regions of the Kingdom, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 to raise the homeownership rate to 70%.
