أصدرت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، 234,627 شهادة منشأ خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي، في إطار جهودها لدعم نمو الصادرات السعودية غير النفطية، وتوسيع قاعدة المصدرين الوطنيين، وتعزيز تنافسية المنتجات الوطنية في الأسواق العالمية.
وبلغ عدد الشهادات الصادرة في شهر يناير 41,977 شهادة، وفي شهر فبراير 38,830 شهادة، ثم 37,689 شهادة في شهر مارس الماضي، فيما أصدرت الوزارة 38,219 شهادة في شهر أبريل، و40,829 شهادة في شهر مايو، و37,083 شهادة في يونيو.
وتُعدُّ شهادة المنشأ وثيقة أساسية تؤكد أن المنتجات المصدرة تنتمي إلى الأصل الوطني، أو اكتسبت صفة المنشأ الوطني؛ ما يعزز مكانة المنتجات السعودية في الأسواق العالمية، ويدعم التنوع الاقتصادي للمملكة.
وتستهدف هذه الخدمة المنشآت الصناعية والشركات والمؤسسات التجارية، إضافة إلى الأفراد مثل المزارعين والصيادين والحرفيين المحليين وغيرهم من أصحاب الأنشطة الفردية.
وتتضمن شهادة المنشأ أربعة نماذج رئيسة، تشمل شهادة المنشأ الموجهة لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، وشهادة المنشأ للدول العربية، والنموذج التفضيلي الموحد لدول الخليج العربي المطبق في إطار اتفاقيات التجارة الحرة، إلى جانب النموذج العام المقدم باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية للدول التي لا تمنح معاملة تفضيلية.
وتوفر الوزارة إمكانية التقديم على شهادة المنشأ إلكترونيًا عبر منصة متخصصة تضمن سرعة ودقة إصدار الشهادات، وذلك من خلال الموقع الرسمي للوزارة.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 234,627 certificates of origin during the first half of this year, as part of its efforts to support the growth of non-oil Saudi exports, expand the base of national exporters, and enhance the competitiveness of national products in global markets.
The number of certificates issued in January was 41,977, in February 38,830, then 37,689 in March, while the ministry issued 38,219 certificates in April, 40,829 in May, and 37,083 in June.
The certificate of origin is a fundamental document that confirms that the exported products belong to the national origin or have acquired the status of national origin; this enhances the position of Saudi products in global markets and supports the economic diversification of the Kingdom.
This service targets industrial establishments, companies, and commercial institutions, in addition to individuals such as farmers, fishermen, local artisans, and other owners of individual activities.
The certificate of origin includes four main models, including the certificate of origin directed to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the certificate of origin for Arab countries, the unified preferential model for Gulf Arab countries applied under free trade agreements, in addition to the general model provided in both Arabic and English for countries that do not grant preferential treatment.
The ministry provides the possibility to apply for a certificate of origin electronically through a specialized platform that ensures the speed and accuracy of issuing certificates, through the official website of the ministry.
