عالجت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية 601 طلب لخدمة الإعفاء الجمركي الصناعي خلال شهر يونيو 2025، في إطار جهود الوزارة لتشجيع الصناعة المحلية وتعزيز تنافسيتها عالمياً، عبر منح المنشآت الصناعية الوطنية إعفاءً من الرسوم الجمركية على وارداتها من مدخلات الصناعة.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية جراح الجراح أن طلبات الإعفاء الجمركي التي عالجتها الوزارة تتضمّن 1,722 بنداً للمواد الأولية، و13,765 بنداً للآلات والمعدات وقطع الغيار، مشيراً إلى أن خدمة الإعفاء الجمركي تأتي ضمن حزمة من الحوافز والممكنات والخدمات التي تقدمها منظومة الصناعة والتعدين؛ لتسهيل رحلة المستثمر الصناعي في مراحل مشروعه كافة، من الفكرة إلى التمكين والإنتاج والتصدير.
وأشار الجراح إلى أن خدمة الإعفاء الجمركي الصناعي تتواءم مع مستهدفات الإستراتيجية الوطنية للصناعة بتمكين القطاع الصناعي السعودي وتطويره، وتؤكد الدور البارز الذي تقوم به الوزارة لتحفيز وتسريع نمو القاعدة الصناعية الوطنية، مبيناً أن حصول المنشآت الصناعية على خدمة الإعفاء الجمركي يتم في وقت وجيز من خلال إجراءات ميسَّرة تتم عبر المنصة الرقمية لخدمات وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية (صناعي).
وتحرص وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية من خلال خدمة الإعفاء الجمركي على دعم وتشجيع المصانع المحلية، وتنمية قطاعات الإنتاج الوطنية فيها، وتخفيض تكلفة الإنتاج، وخلق فرص صناعية جديدة، حيث تُمكِّن الخدمة المنشآت الصناعية الحاصلة على ترخيص صناعي من الحصول على إعفاء جمركي من الضريبة (الرسوم الجمركية) على وارداتها من الآلات والمعدات، وقطع الغيار، والمواد الخام الأولية، والمواد نصف المصنعة، ومواد التعبئة والتغليف اللازمة مباشرةً للإنتاج.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources processed 601 requests for industrial customs exemption services during June 2025, as part of the ministry's efforts to encourage local industry and enhance its global competitiveness by granting national industrial establishments exemptions from customs duties on their imports of industrial inputs.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Jirah Al-Jirah, explained that the customs exemption requests processed by the ministry include 1,722 items for raw materials and 13,765 items for machinery, equipment, and spare parts. He pointed out that the customs exemption service is part of a package of incentives, enablers, and services provided by the industrial and mining system to facilitate the journey of industrial investors at all stages of their projects, from the idea to empowerment, production, and export.
Al-Jirah noted that the industrial customs exemption service aligns with the objectives of the national industrial strategy to empower and develop the Saudi industrial sector, and emphasizes the prominent role the ministry plays in stimulating and accelerating the growth of the national industrial base. He indicated that obtaining the customs exemption service for industrial establishments is done in a short time through streamlined procedures via the digital platform for the services of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (Sina'i).
