عالجت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية 781 طلباً لخدمة الفسح الكيميائي خلال شهر مايو 2025، ضمن جهودها لتمكين الاستثمار الصناعي، وتقديم جميع الخدمات الداعمة لنمو وتوسّع المنشآت الصناعية.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية جراح بن محمد الجراح، أن الطلبات المعالجة تشمل 748 طلباً لفسح استيراد مواد كيميائية غير مقيدة، و32 طلباً لإذن استيراد مواد كيميائية مقيدة، وطلباً واحداً لإذن تصدير مواد كيميائية مقيدة، مبيناً أن الطلبات الصادرة تتضمن 1,576 بنداً.
وأفاد الجراح، أن خدمة الفسح الكيميائي تمكّن المستثمر الصناعي من طلب إذن فسح أو تصريح استيراد أو تصدير للمواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في المنشأة الصناعية، ويتم التقديم عليها عبر منصة «صناعي»، مفيداً أن الخدمة تستهدف ضمان منح فسح المواد الكيميائية للمنشآت الصناعية، وفق إجراءات ميسرة وفي الوقت المناسب، بما يخدم المستثمر ويسهّل عملية دخول مواده عبر المنافذ.
وأكّد أهمية خدمة الفسح الكيميائي في تعزيز الناتج الصناعي من خلال تطوير وتيسير آليات الحصول على فسح للمواد الكيميائية الداخلة في الإنتاج وتحسينها، وأتمتتها ضمن منصة الخدمات الرقمية للقطاع الصناعي؛ مما يعزّز تقديم خدمات رقمية داعمة للمستثمرين الصناعيين.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources processed 781 requests for chemical clearance services during May 2025, as part of its efforts to enable industrial investment and provide all supporting services for the growth and expansion of industrial facilities.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Jirah bin Mohammed Al-Jirah, stated that the processed requests include 748 requests for the clearance of unrestricted chemical imports, 32 requests for permission to import restricted chemicals, and one request for permission to export restricted chemicals, indicating that the issued requests include 1,576 items.
Al-Jirah noted that the chemical clearance service enables industrial investors to request clearance or permission for the import or export of chemicals used in the industrial facility, and applications are submitted through the "Sina'i" platform, emphasizing that the service aims to ensure the granting of chemical clearances to industrial facilities in a streamlined manner and in a timely fashion, serving the investor and facilitating the entry of their materials through the ports.
He confirmed the importance of the chemical clearance service in enhancing industrial output by developing and facilitating mechanisms for obtaining clearances for chemicals involved in production and improving them, as well as automating them within the digital services platform for the industrial sector; which enhances the provision of supportive digital services for industrial investors.
