أصدرت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء اليوم نشرة إحصاءات الطاقة المتجددة لعام 2024، وأظهرت نتائج النشرة أن عدد المشاريع التي شُغِّلت
في عام 2024 بلغ 5 مشاريع للطاقة الشمسية بسعة إجمالية بلغت 3,751 ميجاواط، فيما بلغ عدد جميع مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة التي تم تشغيلها في المملكة منذ البدء في إنشائها حتى نهاية عام 2024 عشرة مشاريع، 9 منها للطاقة الشمسية بسعة إجمالية بلغت 6,151 ميجاواط، ومشروع واحد لطاقة الرياح بسعة إجمالية بلغت 400 ميجاواط.
ووفقاً لنتائج النشرة، بلغ إجمالي حجم الاستثمار في مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة التي تم تشغيلها في المملكة حتى نهاية عام 2024 نحو 19 مليارا، و839 مليون ريال سعودي، حيث بلغ حجم الاستثمار في مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية 18مليارا و264 مليون ريال سعودي، في حين بلغ حجم الاستثمار في مشروع طاقة الرياح مليارا و575 مليون ريال.
وأفادت نتائج النشرة بأن إجمالي عدد الوحدات السكنية المقدر تزويدها بالطاقة الكهربائية من مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة التي تم تشغيلها حتى نهاية عام 2024 بلغ نحو 1,140,800 وحدة سكنية.
وكشفت نتائج نشرة إحصاءات الطاقة المتجددة 2024 أن مشروع الشعيبة 1 للطاقة الشمسية سجَّل أدنى تكلفة لشراء الطاقة في المملكة حيث بلغ 3.9 هللة سعودية لكل كيلوواط في الساعة، مقارنة بتكلفة شراء الطاقة في مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة الأخرى التي تراوحت ما بين 3.9 إلى 11.18 هللة سعودية لكل كيلوواط في الساعة.
يذكر أن إحصاءات الطاقة المتجددة تستعرض بيانات عن الطاقة المتجددة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُعد وزارة الطاقة هي المصدر الرئيسي للبيانات، وتتوفر البيانات في سلسلة زمنية للفترة (2019 - 2024).

in 2024 reached 5 solar energy projects with a total capacity of 3,751 megawatts, while the total number of all renewable energy projects that have been commissioned in the Kingdom since their inception until the end of 2024 is ten projects, 9 of which are solar energy projects with a total capacity of 6,151 megawatts, and one wind energy project with a total capacity of 400 megawatts.
According to the results of the bulletin, the total investment in renewable energy projects that have been commissioned in the Kingdom until the end of 2024 is approximately 19 billion and 839 million Saudi riyals, where the investment in solar energy projects amounted to 18 billion and 264 million Saudi riyals, while the investment in the wind energy project reached 1 billion and 575 million riyals.
The results of the bulletin indicated that the total number of housing units estimated to be supplied with electricity from renewable energy projects that have been commissioned until the end of 2024 reached approximately 1,140,800 housing units.
The results of the Renewable Energy Statistics Bulletin 2024 revealed that the Shuaiba 1 solar energy project recorded the lowest cost of electricity purchase in the Kingdom, amounting to 3.9 Saudi halalas per kilowatt-hour, compared to the electricity purchase costs in other renewable energy projects, which ranged from 3.9 to 11.18 Saudi halalas per kilowatt-hour.
It is worth noting that the renewable energy statistics present data on renewable energy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the Ministry of Energy being the main source of the data, and the data is available in a time series for the period (2019 - 2024).
