أعلنت NHC اكتمال حجز المرحلة الأولى بالكامل من وجهة (تبوك فالي 2)، إحدى أبرز وجهاتها العمرانية في مدينة تبوك، وذلك بعد الإقبال الكبير الذي شهدته الوحدات السكنية المطروحة ضمن هذه المرحلة خلال فترة وجيزة من إطلاقها. كما أعلنت بدء الحجز في المرحلة الثانية من الوجهة، ويأتي هذا الإنجاز تأكيدًا على الثقة المتنامية التي تحظى بها مشاريع الشركة، واستمرارًا لجهودها في تطوير بيئات سكنية متكاملة ترتقي بجودة الحياة.
تمتد وجهة (تبوك فالي 2) على مساحة تتجاوز 778 ألف متر مربع، وتضم 874 وحدة سكنية متنوعة، صُمّمت وفق أعلى معايير التخطيط العمراني الحديث، مع التركيز على الربط الفعّال بين الحدائق والمسارات المتصلة، بما يتيح الوصول إلى كافة الخدمات مشيًا على الأقدام خلال أقل من 10 دقائق.

يُذكر أن وجهة «تبوك فالي» تُعد امتدادًا للوجهات العمرانية التي تطورها NHC في المنطقة، بعد «تبوك فالي» (المرحلة الأولى) و«تبوك هيلز»، لتتجاوز المساحة الإجمالية التي تطورها الشركة في تبوك 3 ملايين متر مربع، وتوفّر من خلالها أكثر من 5975 وحدة سكنية متنوعة، دعمًا لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، في رفع نسبة التملك إلى 70%.
NHC announced the complete booking of the first phase of the (Tabuk Valley 2) destination, one of its prominent urban projects in the city of Tabuk, following the significant demand witnessed for the residential units offered in this phase within a short period of its launch. The (Tabuk Valley 2) destination spans over 778,000 square meters and includes 874 diverse residential units, designed according to the highest standards of modern urban planning, with a focus on effective connectivity between parks and connected pathways, allowing access to all services within a 10-minute walk.
The destination also features a main park covering over 38,000 square meters, which includes recreational areas that provide residents with a vibrant environment, in addition to a comprehensive range of services including schools, a health center, mosques, and commercial centers, meeting the needs and aspirations of the residents.
