أعلنت شركة نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية إبرام شراكة إستراتيجية مع شركة الجزيرة للأسواق المالية «الجزيرة كابيتال»، لإطلاق صندوق استثمار عقاري خاص مغلق، يستهدف تطوير مشروعين عقاريين نوعيين في مدينتي الرياض وجدة، بإجمالي حجم أصول يبلغ 1.7 مليار ريال سعودي.
وتأتي هذه الشراكة تأكيدًا على التوجه الاستثماري للشركتين في السوق العقارية السعودية، والمساهمة في تعزيز جاذبيتهة من خلال تطوير مشاريع عقارية مبتكرة وذات قيمة مضافة. ويهدف الصندوق إلى تنفيذ مشروعين إستراتيجيين في مدينتين من أكبر وأبرز مدن المملكة.
في مدينة الرياض، سيتم تطوير مشروع سكني فاخر في حي الخزامى، الذي يركّز على توفير بيئة معيشية متكاملة ترتقي بمفهوم جودة الحياة، من خلال وحدات سكنية متنوعة تتسم بالخصوصية، والخدمات الراقية وتصميم معماري يتماشى مع توجه المملكة العربية السعودية ورؤيتها الحديثة، حيث يقع المشروع في موقع إستراتيجي بالقرب من أهم معالم العاصمة، ما يعزز من قيمته الاستثمارية ويجعله خيارًا مثاليًا للراغبين في السكن المتميز ضمن أحياء الرياض الراقية.
