أوضحت وزارة التجارة أن تحديث بيانات مالك السجل التجاري إلكترونياً يتيح الاستفادة من جميع الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها الوزارة لقطاع الأعمال، بالشراكة مع المركز السعودي للأعمال الاقتصادية.
وبينت أن متطلبات التحديث تشمل أن يكون السجل التجاري نشطاً، وألا يقل العمر عن 18 سنة، وألا يكون الموظف حكومياً، إضافةً إلى تعيين مدير واحد على الأقل في السجل التجاري، والحصول على موافقته إذا لم يكن هو المالك للسجل التجاري.
وتقدم الخدمة إلكترونياً بشكل مجاني وتنفذ خلال يوم واحد عبر «منصة الأعمال»: https://business.sa/.
The Ministry of Commerce clarified that updating the commercial register owner's data electronically allows for the utilization of all electronic services provided by the ministry to the business sector, in partnership with the Saudi Center for Economic Business.
It indicated that the requirements for updating include that the commercial register must be active, the owner must be at least 18 years old, the employee must not be a government employee, in addition to appointing at least one manager in the commercial register, and obtaining their approval if they are not the owner of the commercial register.
The service is provided electronically free of charge and is implemented within one day via the "Business Platform": https://business.sa/.
