كشفت الهيئة العامة للنقل تسجيل أكثر من 79.6 مليون طلب في قطاع توصيل الطلبات خلال الربع الأول من عام 2025، بنسبة نمو بلغت 22% مقارنةً بالفترة ذاتها من عام 2024، ما يعكس تصاعد الاعتماد على خدمات التوصيل الرقمية في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
وأكدت أن قطاع توصيل الطلبات يشهد تطوراً ملحوظاً بهدف تحسين جودة الخدمة وتلبية حاجات المستفيدين، في ظل التحولات الرقمية واللوجستية المتسارعة التي تشهدها المملكة.
وتصدرت منطقة الرياض المشهد بنسبة 44.7% من إجمالي الطلبات، تلتها منطقة مكة المكرمة بنسبة 22.4%، ثم المنطقة الشرقية بـ15.5%. فيما جاءت المدينة المنورة بـ4.5%، تليها عسير بـ3.4%، والقصيم بـ2.8%.
وفي ما يتعلق بالمناطق الأقل في معدل الطلبات، سجلت حائل 1.6%، وتبوك 1.8%، وجازان 1.2%، بينما سجلت كل من الجوف ونجران والحدود الشمالية والباحة أقل من 1%.
ويرى المتخصص في الخدمات اللوجستية الرقمية أحمد الشمري أن هذه الأرقام تعكس تحولاً جوهرياً في سلوك المستهلكين، وتزايد الثقة في المنصات التقنية المحلية. ويضيف أن المملكة أصبحت اليوم من أسرع الأسواق نمواً في قطاع التوصيل الرقمي، والقفزة تمثل فرصة حقيقية لبناء بيئة لوجستية ذكية تدعم الاقتصاد الرقمي، وتُسهم في خلق وظائف جديدة، وتُحسن من كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد.

The General Transport Authority revealed that over 79.6 million requests were recorded in the delivery sector during the first quarter of 2025, with a growth rate of 22% compared to the same period in 2024, reflecting the increasing reliance on digital delivery services across various regions of the Kingdom.
It confirmed that the delivery sector is witnessing significant development aimed at improving service quality and meeting the needs of beneficiaries, amidst the rapid digital and logistical transformations taking place in the Kingdom.
The Riyadh region topped the scene with 44.7% of total requests, followed by the Makkah region with 22.4%, and then the Eastern Province with 15.5%. Meanwhile, Madinah recorded 4.5%, followed by Asir with 3.4%, and Al-Qassim with 2.8%.
Regarding the regions with the lowest request rates, Hail recorded 1.6%, Tabuk 1.8%, and Jazan 1.2%, while Al-Jawf, Najran, the Northern Borders, and Al-Baha recorded less than 1%.
Logistics expert Ahmad Al-Shammari believes that these figures reflect a fundamental shift in consumer behavior and an increasing trust in local tech platforms. He adds that the Kingdom has become one of the fastest-growing markets in the digital delivery sector, and this leap represents a real opportunity to build a smart logistics environment that supports the digital economy, contributes to the creation of new jobs, and improves supply chain efficiency.
