كشفت بيانات صادرة عن البنك المركزي السعودي، أن حجم التسهيلات المقدمة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر بالسعودية ارتفع بنهاية الربع الثاني من 2026 بنسبة 16.5% على أساس سنوي، بالتزامن مع ارتفاع التسهيلات المقدمة من القطاع المصرفي وقطاع شركات التمويل.
وبحسب البيانات، بلغ إجمالي حجم التسهيلات 130.88 مليار دولار (490.8 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع الثاني من 2026، مقابل 112.33 مليار دولار (421.25 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع ذاته من العام الماضي، وشكلت التسهيلات المقدمة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر 11.7% من إجمالي التسهيلات بالسعودية كما في نهاية الربع الثاني من 2026. وعلى أساس ربعي، ارتفعت التسهيلات التراكمية خلال الربع الثاني بنحو 0.3% عن قيمتها في نهاية الربع الأول من 2026 والبالغة 130.45 مليار دولار (489.19 مليار ريال).
التمويل حسب حجم المنشأة
وجاءت الزيادة نتيجة ارتفاع التسهيلات المقدمة للمنشآت المتوسطة، حيث يكون حجم إيراداتها من 40 إلى 200 مليون ريال أو عدد موظفيها من 50 إلى 249 موظفاً، بنسبة 12.07% على أساس سنوي، لتبلغ 61.81 مليار دولار (231.79 مليار ريال)، مقابل 55.16 مليار دولار (206.84 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع المماثل من العام 2025.
وزادت التسهيلات التراكمية الممنوحة للمنشآت الصغيرة في السعودية، حيث يكون حجم إيراداتها من 3 إلى 40 مليون ريال أو عدد موظفيها من 6 إلى 49 موظفاً، إلى 45.93 مليار دولار (172.25 مليار ريال)، مقابل 41.15 مليار دولار (154.3 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع المماثل من العام الماضي لتزيد بنسبة 11.6% على أساس سنوي.
وارتفعت أيضاً التسهيلات المقدمة إلى المنشآت متناهية الصغر، يصل حجم إيراداتها إلى 3 ملايين ريال أو عدد موظفيها من 1 إلى 5 موظفين، بنسبة 44.35% إلى 23.14 مليار دولار (86.76 مليار ريال)، مقابل 16.03 مليار دولار (60.1 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع الثاني من العام الماضي.
124.7 مليار دولار تسهيلات مقدمة من القطاع المصرفي
وارتفع حجم التسهيلات المقدمة من القطاع المصرفي للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر بنسبة 16.28% على أساس سنوي، لتبلغ 124.69 مليار دولار (467.6 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع الثاني من 2026، مقابل 107.24 مليار دولار (402.14 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع المماثل من العام الماضي.
وشكلت التسهيلات المقدمة من القطاع المصرفي للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر بالسعودية 11.4% من إجمالي تسهيلات المصارف بنهاية الربع الثاني من 2026. وتوزعت التسهيلات المقدمة من القطاع المصرفي بواقع 59.25 مليار دولار (222.18 مليار ريال) على المنشآت المتوسطة، و43.38 مليار دولار (162.69 مليار ريال) على المنشآت الصغيرة، و22.06 مليار دولار (82.74 مليار ريال) على المنشآت متناهية الصغر كما في نهاية الربع الثاني من العام الحالي.
تسهيلات مقدمة من قطاع الشركات
وبالمثل، زادت التسهيلات المقدمة من قطاع شركات التمويل إلى المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر بنسبة 21.4%، لتبلغ بنهاية الربع الثاني من العام الحالي 6.19 مليار دولار (23.2 مليار ريال)، مقابل 5.09 مليار دولار (19.1 مليار ريال) بنهاية الربع نفسه من العام الماضي. ويمثل التمويل المقدم من قطاع شركات التمويل إلى المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر 20.5% من إجمالي تسهيلات شركات التمويل في المملكة بنهاية الربع الثاني من 2026.
Data released by the Saudi Central Bank revealed that the volume of facilities provided to small, medium, and micro enterprises in Saudi Arabia increased by 16.5% year-on-year by the end of the second quarter of 2026, coinciding with the rise in facilities provided by the banking sector and financing companies.
According to the data, the total volume of facilities reached 130.88 billion dollars (490.8 billion riyals) by the end of the second quarter of 2026, compared to 112.33 billion dollars (421.25 billion riyals) at the end of the same quarter last year. The facilities provided to small, medium, and micro enterprises constituted 11.7% of the total facilities in Saudi Arabia as of the end of the second quarter of 2026. On a quarterly basis, cumulative facilities increased by about 0.3% during the second quarter compared to their value at the end of the first quarter of 2026, which was 130.45 billion dollars (489.19 billion riyals).
Financing by Enterprise Size
The increase was due to the rise in facilities provided to medium enterprises, whose revenue ranges from 40 to 200 million riyals or whose number of employees ranges from 50 to 249, by 12.07% year-on-year, reaching 61.81 billion dollars (231.79 billion riyals), compared to 55.16 billion dollars (206.84 billion riyals) at the end of the same quarter of 2025.
Cumulative facilities granted to small enterprises in Saudi Arabia, whose revenue ranges from 3 to 40 million riyals or whose number of employees ranges from 6 to 49, increased to 45.93 billion dollars (172.25 billion riyals), compared to 41.15 billion dollars (154.3 billion riyals) at the end of the same quarter last year, marking an increase of 11.6% year-on-year.
Facilities provided to micro enterprises, whose revenue reaches up to 3 million riyals or whose number of employees ranges from 1 to 5, also increased by 44.35% to 23.14 billion dollars (86.76 billion riyals), compared to 16.03 billion dollars (60.1 billion riyals) at the end of the second quarter of last year.
124.7 Billion Dollars in Facilities Provided by the Banking Sector
The volume of facilities provided by the banking sector to small, medium, and micro enterprises increased by 16.28% year-on-year, reaching 124.69 billion dollars (467.6 billion riyals) by the end of the second quarter of 2026, compared to 107.24 billion dollars (402.14 billion riyals) at the end of the same quarter last year.
Facilities provided by the banking sector to small, medium, and micro enterprises in Saudi Arabia constituted 11.4% of the total facilities of banks by the end of the second quarter of 2026. The facilities provided by the banking sector were distributed as follows: 59.25 billion dollars (222.18 billion riyals) to medium enterprises, 43.38 billion dollars (162.69 billion riyals) to small enterprises, and 22.06 billion dollars (82.74 billion riyals) to micro enterprises as of the end of the second quarter of this year.
Facilities Provided by the Corporate Sector
Similarly, the facilities provided by the financing companies to small, medium, and micro enterprises increased by 21.4%, reaching 6.19 billion dollars (23.2 billion riyals) by the end of the second quarter of this year, compared to 5.09 billion dollars (19.1 billion riyals) at the end of the same quarter last year. The financing provided by the corporate sector to small, medium, and micro enterprises represents 20.5% of the total facilities of financing companies in the Kingdom by the end of the second quarter of 2026.
