أظهرت نشرة الأداء المالي الصادرة عن وزارة المالية العُمانية، أن حجم الدين العام بلغ 14.16 مليار ريال عُماني بنهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2026، مقارنة بـ14.12 مليار ريال عُماني بنهاية الفترة ذاتها من عام 2025، مسجلًا ارتفاعًا نسبيًا يبلغ نحو 0.3%.
الإيرادات العامة
ووفقًا لوكالة الأنباء العمانية، ارتفعت الإيرادات العامة لسلطنة عُمان حتى نهاية الربع الثاني من العام الحالي بنسبة 13%، مسجلةً نحو 6 مليارات و602 مليون ريال عُماني، مقارنة بتسجيل نحو 5 مليارات و839 مليون ريال عُماني خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. ويُعزى ذلك بشكل رئيس إلى ارتفاع الإيرادات النفطية.
وبينت النشرة أن الإنفاق العام بلغ حتى نهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2026 نحو 6 مليارات و619 مليون ريال عُماني، مرتفعًا بمقدار 521 مليون ريال عُماني، أي بنسبة 9% عن الإنفاق في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2025 والبالغ نحو 6 مليارات و98 مليون ريال عُماني؛ نتيجة ارتفاع المصروفات الإنمائية والجارية مقارنة بالفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي.
إيرادات النفط
وأوضحت النشرة أن صافي إيرادات النفط حتى نهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2026 ارتفع بنسبة 10%، مسجلًا نحو 3 مليارات و332 مليون ريال عُماني، مقارنة بتحصيل نحو 3 مليارات و18 مليون ريال عُماني حتى نهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2025.
وبيّنت النشرة أن الإيرادات الجارية المحصلة حتى نهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2026 ارتفعت بنسبة 6%، لتبلغ مليارين و45 مليون ريال عُماني، مقارنة بتحصيل مليار و928 مليون ريال عُماني في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2025.
المصروفات الجارية
وفي جانب الإنفاق، ارتفعت المصروفات الجارية بنحو 251 مليون ريال عُماني، لتبلغ 4 مليارات و369 مليون ريال عُماني، مقارنة بـ4 مليارات و118 مليون ريال عُماني بنهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2025، فيما بلغت المصروفات الإنمائية للوزارات والوحدات المدنية 798 مليون ريال عُماني حتى نهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2026، منها 146 مليون ريال عُماني لمشاريع التحول الاقتصادي، وبلغت نسبة الصرف نحو 61% من إجمالي المصروفات الإنمائية المخصصة لعام 2026 والبالغة 1.3 مليار ريال عُماني.
The financial performance bulletin issued by the Omani Ministry of Finance showed that the public debt reached 14.16 billion Omani Rials by the end of the second quarter of 2026, compared to 14.12 billion Omani Rials at the end of the same period in 2025, recording a relative increase of about 0.3%.
Public Revenues
According to the Omani News Agency, the public revenues of the Sultanate of Oman increased by 13% by the end of the second quarter of the current year, recording about 6 billion and 602 million Omani Rials, compared to about 5 billion and 839 million Omani Rials during the same period last year. This is primarily attributed to the rise in oil revenues.
The bulletin indicated that public spending reached about 6 billion and 619 million Omani Rials by the end of the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 521 million Omani Rials, or 9% compared to spending in the same period of 2025, which amounted to about 6 billion and 98 million Omani Rials; due to the increase in developmental and current expenditures compared to the same period last year.
Oil Revenues
The bulletin clarified that net oil revenues by the end of the second quarter of 2026 increased by 10%, recording about 3 billion and 332 million Omani Rials, compared to collections of about 3 billion and 18 million Omani Rials by the end of the second quarter of 2025.
The bulletin also indicated that current revenues collected by the end of the second quarter of 2026 rose by 6%, reaching 2 billion and 45 million Omani Rials, compared to collections of 1 billion and 928 million Omani Rials in the same period of 2025.
Current Expenditures
In terms of spending, current expenditures increased by about 251 million Omani Rials, reaching 4 billion and 369 million Omani Rials, compared to 4 billion and 118 million Omani Rials by the end of the second quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, developmental expenditures for ministries and civil units reached 798 million Omani Rials by the end of the second quarter of 2026, of which 146 million Omani Rials were allocated for economic transformation projects, with a spending rate of about 61% of the total developmental expenditures allocated for 2026, amounting to 1.3 billion Omani Rials.
