وصلت القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية إلى 9452.81 مليار ريال بنهاية يوليو 2026، بارتفاع نحو 0.18% وبقيمة بلغت أكثر من 17.4 مليار ريال، مقارنةً بالشهر الذي سبقه.
تصنيف المستثمر
ووفقاً للتقرير الشهري لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، الذي تنشره «تداول» السعودية، شكّلت قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي ما نسبته 4.63% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 30 يوليو 2026. وعلى صعيد تصنيف المستثمر حسب السلوك الاستثماري، ارتفعت ملكية المستثمرين المؤسسيين بنحو 26.02 مليار ريال لتصل إلى 9048.80 مليار ريال، فيما انخفضت ملكية المستثمرين غير المؤسسيين بنحو 8.57 مليار ريال لتصل إلى 404.01 مليار ريال.
مبيعات المؤسسات الأجنبية
من ناحية أخرى، كشف تقرير «تداول» السعودية أن صافي مبيعات المؤسسات الأجنبية في يوليو 2026 بلغ نحو 728.2 مليون ريال، إذ بلغت مشترياتهم نحو 33.86 مليار ريال مقابل مبيعات بقيمة 34.59 مليار ريال. ووفقاً للتقرير، استحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 39.33% من إجمالي المشتريات في يوليو، وعلى 40.18% من إجمالي المبيعات. وسجل إجمالي الأفراد الأجانب صافي مشتريات بقيمة 71.1 مليون ريال. وسجل إجمالي الأفراد السعوديين صافي مبيعات بنحو 1.06 مليار ريال. وبلغ صافي مشتريات المؤسسات السعودية الإجمالي نحو 1.54 مليار ريال، إذ بلغ صافي مشتريات الشركات نحو 1.29 مليار ريال، وصافي مشتريات الصناديق الاستثمارية نحو 346.6 مليون ريال، وصافي مشتريات المحافظ المدارة للمؤسسات نحو 122.1 مليون ريال، في المقابل بلغ صافي مبيعات الجهات الحكومية نحو 222.6 مليون ريال.
The market capitalization of the listed stocks in the main market reached 9,452.81 billion riyals by the end of July 2026, an increase of about 0.18% with a value exceeding 17.4 billion riyals, compared to the previous month.
Investor Classification
According to the monthly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, published by Saudi "Tadawul," the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.63% of the total market capitalization of the listed stocks as of July 30, 2026. In terms of investor classification by investment behavior, the ownership of institutional investors increased by about 26.02 billion riyals to reach 9,048.80 billion riyals, while the ownership of non-institutional investors decreased by about 8.57 billion riyals to reach 404.01 billion riyals.
Foreign Institutions' Sales
On the other hand, the Saudi "Tadawul" report revealed that the net sales of foreign institutions in July 2026 amounted to approximately 728.2 million riyals, with their purchases reaching about 33.86 billion riyals against sales of 34.59 billion riyals. According to the report, foreign institutions accounted for 39.33% of total purchases in July and 40.18% of total sales. The total net purchases of foreign individuals recorded 71.1 million riyals. The total net sales of Saudi individuals recorded approximately 1.06 billion riyals. The total net purchases of Saudi institutions amounted to about 1.54 billion riyals, with net purchases by companies reaching about 1.29 billion riyals, net purchases by investment funds around 346.6 million riyals, and net purchases by managed institutional portfolios about 122.1 million riyals, while the net sales of government entities amounted to approximately 222.6 million riyals.
