أظهر التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، الذي تنشره تداول السعودية، أن القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية بلغت 9,533.69 مليار ريال بنهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 16 يوليو 2026، بانخفاض قدره 0.37%، وبقيمة بلغت 35.8 مليار ريال، مقارنةً بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
وبحسب التقرير، شكّلت قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي ما نسبته 4.62% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 16 يوليو 2026.
وعلى صعيد تصنيف المستثمر حسب السلوك الاستثماري، انخفضت ملكية المستثمرين المؤسسيين بنحو 35.67 مليار ريال لتصل إلى 9,119.74 مليار ريال، فيما انخفضت ملكية المستثمرين غير المؤسسيين بنحو 130 مليون ريال لتصل إلى 413.95 مليار ريال.
مشتريات المؤسسات الأجنبية
ووفقاً لتقرير «تداول»، فإن صافي مشتريات المؤسسات الأجنبية في السوق الرئيسية بلغ نحو 109.3 مليون ريال خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 16 يوليو 2026.
ووفقاً للتقرير، استحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 39.74% من إجمالي المشتريات، و39.13% من إجمالي المبيعات خلال الأسبوع.
مبيعات السعوديين
في المقابل، بلغ صافي مبيعات الأفراد السعوديين نحو 186 مليون ريال، بضغط رئيسي من المستثمرين الأفراد المتخصصين الذين سجلوا صافي مبيعات بنحو 155.9 مليون ريال، ومحافظ الأفراد المدارة بنحو 133.1 مليون ريال، مقابل صافي مشتريات للمستثمرين الأفراد بنحو 60.1 مليون ريال، وكبار المستثمرين الأفراد بنحو 42.9 مليون ريال.
وبلغ صافي مبيعات المؤسسات السعودية نحو 7.3 مليون ريال، بضغط رئيسي من الصناديق الاستثمارية التي سجلت صافي مبيعات بنحو 218.5 مليون ريال، والجهات الحكومية بنحو 165.8 مليون ريال، مقابل صافي مشتريات للشركات بنحو 349.6 مليون ريال، ومحافظ المؤسسات المدارة بنحو 27.4 مليون ريال.
The weekly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, published by Tadawul Saudi Arabia, indicated that the market capitalization of the listed shares in the main market reached 9,533.69 billion riyals by the end of the week ending July 16, 2026, a decrease of 0.37%, with a value of 35.8 billion riyals compared to the previous week.
According to the report, the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.62% of the total market capitalization of the listed shares as of July 16, 2026.
In terms of classifying investors by investment behavior, the ownership of institutional investors decreased by approximately 35.67 billion riyals to reach 9,119.74 billion riyals, while the ownership of non-institutional investors decreased by about 130 million riyals to reach 413.95 billion riyals.
Foreign Institutions' Purchases
According to the "Tadawul" report, the net purchases of foreign institutions in the main market amounted to approximately 109.3 million riyals during the week ending July 16, 2026.
According to the report, foreign institutions accounted for 39.74% of total purchases and 39.13% of total sales during the week.
Sales by Saudis
In contrast, the net sales of individual Saudis reached approximately 186 million riyals, primarily pressured by specialized individual investors who recorded net sales of about 155.9 million riyals, and managed individual portfolios of about 133.1 million riyals, against net purchases by individual investors of about 60.1 million riyals, and major individual investors of about 42.9 million riyals.
The net sales of Saudi institutions reached approximately 7.3 million riyals, primarily pressured by investment funds that recorded net sales of about 218.5 million riyals, and government entities of about 165.8 million riyals, against net purchases by companies of about 349.6 million riyals, and managed institutional portfolios of about 27.4 million riyals.
