بدء تطبيق قرار إصدار وتجديد إقامات العمالة المنزلية 3 شهور «عكاظ» (الرياض) بدأت وزارة الداخلية ممثلةً بالمديرية العامة للجوازات، بالتعاون مع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ممثلةً بالمنصة الوطنية الموحدة للاستقدام «مساند» إصدار وتجديد الإقامة للعمالة المنزلية ومن في حكمها بمدد تبدأ من 3 أشهر، بما يتيح لأصحاب العمل سداد رسوم الإقامة عن كل فترة إصدار أو تجديد بشكل ربع سنوي. ويمنح القرار أصحاب العمل إمكانية تجزئة الرسوم عن المدة المختارة فقط عند إصدار أو تجديد الإقامة لمدة 3 أشهر أو مضاعفاتها، بما يوفر مرونة أكبر في إدارة التزاماتهم، ويلبي حاجات مختلف شرائح المستفيدين. ويعكس التوجه استمرار تطوير الخدمات المرتبطة بالإقامة بما يعزز كفاءة الإجراءات، وجودة الخدمات المقدمة، ويوفر حلولًا أكثر مرونة تتناسب مع حاجات أصحاب العمل والعمالة المنزلية، في إطار مسيرة التحول الرقمي والارتقاء بتجربة المستفيدين.
Start of the Implementation of the Decision to Issue and Renew Domestic Workers' Residency for 3 Months "Okaz" (Riyadh) The Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Directorate of Passports, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, represented by the National Unified Platform for Recruitment "Musanid," has begun issuing and renewing residency for domestic workers and those in similar categories for periods starting from 3 months. This allows employers to pay residency fees for each issuance or renewal period on a quarterly basis.
The decision grants employers the option to split the fees for the chosen duration only when issuing or renewing residency for 3 months or its multiples, providing greater flexibility in managing their commitments and meeting the needs of various beneficiary segments. This direction reflects the ongoing development of residency-related services, enhancing the efficiency of procedures, the quality of services provided, and offering more flexible solutions that align with the needs of employers and domestic workers, within the framework of the digital transformation journey and improving the beneficiary experience.
