كشف التقرير الأسبوعي لقيم ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، الذي نشرته «تداول» السعودية، أن مجموع القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في سوق «نمو»، بلغ نحو 39.2 مليار ريال بنهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 14 مايو 2026، بارتفاع نسبته نحو 0.9 % وبقيمة بلغت حوالى 346 مليون ريال مقارنةً بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي
وبحسب التقرير، شكّلت قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي ما نسبته 3.09% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 14 مايو 2026، مدفوعة بظهور استثمارات لمستثمرين إستراتيجيين بقيمة 473.5 مليون ريال.
وكان تقرير «تداول» السعودية، قد أوضح أن صافي مبيعات المؤسسات الأجنبية في السوق الرئيسية بلغ نحو 386.7 مليون ريال خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 14 مايو 2026.
ووفقاً للتقرير، استحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 37.1% من إجمالي المشتريات، و38.4% من إجمالي المبيعات خلال الأسبوع، كما بلغ صافي مبيعات الأفراد الأجانب 23.6 مليون ريال.
مبيعات السعوديين
وبحسب التقرير، وصل صافي مبيعات الأفراد السعوديين نحو 1.19 مليار ريال، منها 393.4 مليون ريال لكبار المستثمرين الأفراد، و721.1 مليون ريال للمستثمرين الأفراد المتخصصين، و63.5 مليون ريال لمحافظ الأفراد المدارة، إضافة إلى 9 ملايين ريال للأفراد.
في المقابل، بلغ صافي مشتريات المؤسسات السعودية نحو 1.44 مليار ريال، بدعم رئيسي من الشركات التي سجلت صافي مشتريات بنحو 956.3 مليون ريال، والصناديق الاستثمارية بنحو 133.7 مليون ريال، والجهات الحكومية بنحو 219.2 مليون ريال، والمحافظ المدارة بنحو 126 مليون ريال.
The weekly report on investor ownership values and their percentage of the total value, published by Saudi "Tadawul," revealed that the total market capitalization of the listed shares in the "Nomu" market reached approximately 39.2 billion riyals by the end of the week ending on May 14, 2026, an increase of about 0.9% and a value of around 346 million riyals compared to the previous week.
Foreign Investor Ownership
According to the report, the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 3.09% of the total market capitalization of the listed shares as of May 14, 2026, driven by the emergence of investments from strategic investors worth 473.5 million riyals.
The Saudi "Tadawul" report indicated that net sales by foreign institutions in the main market amounted to approximately 386.7 million riyals during the week ending on May 14, 2026.
According to the report, foreign institutions accounted for 37.1% of total purchases and 38.4% of total sales during the week, while net sales by foreign individuals reached 23.6 million riyals.
Sales by Saudis
According to the report, net sales by Saudi individuals reached approximately 1.19 billion riyals, including 393.4 million riyals for major individual investors, 721.1 million riyals for specialized individual investors, 63.5 million riyals for managed individual portfolios, in addition to 9 million riyals for individuals.
In contrast, net purchases by Saudi institutions amounted to approximately 1.44 billion riyals, primarily supported by companies that recorded net purchases of about 956.3 million riyals, investment funds of about 133.7 million riyals, government entities of about 219.2 million riyals, and managed portfolios of about 126 million riyals.
