كشفت بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء تسجيل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في السعودية ارتفاعاً خلال شهر مارس 2026، بلغت نسبته 2% مقارنة بشهر مارس 2025.
وبحسب البيانات، يعزى هذا الارتفاع بشكل رئيسي إلى زيادة تكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني بنسبة 1.9%، وزيادة تكاليف البناء للقطاع غير السكني بنسبة 2.2%.
وشهد الرقم القياسي للقطاع السكني ارتفاعاً على أساس سنوي بلغت نسبته 1.9%؛ نتيجة لارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات بنسبة 4.5% مدفوعة بارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات مع مشغل بنسبة 6.1%، وكذلك ارتفاع تكاليف العمالة بنسبة 2.7% مقارنة بشهر مارس 2025، وارتفاع أسعار الطاقة بنسبة 3%.
ووفقاً للبيانات، شهدت تكاليف المواد الأساسية ارتفاعاً بنسبة 0.3% مدفوعة بارتفاع أسعار الأسمنت والخرسانة بنسبة 0.4%، وأسعار الأخشاب والنجارة بنسبة 1.3%.
القطاع غير السكني
وسجل الرقم القياسي للقطاع غير السكني ارتفاعاً على أساس سنوي في مارس الماضي بلغت نسبته 2.2% مقارنة بالشهر المناظر له من عام 2025، ويعزى هذا الارتفاع إلى ارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات بنسبة 5.9% مدفوعة بارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات مع مشغل بنسبة 7.8%، وارتفاع تكاليف العمالة بنسبة 2.9%، إضافة إلى ارتفاع تكاليف الطاقة بنسبة 3%.
وشهدت تكاليف المواد الأساسية ارتفاعاً بنسبة 0.3% مدفوعة بارتفاع أسعار المنتجات البلاستيكية والزجاج بنسبة 1.8%، وأسعار الأخشاب والنجارة بنسبة 1.2%.
وعلى أساس شهري، شهد الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء لشهر مارس 2026 ارتفاعاً بنسبة 0.6% مقارنة بشهر فبراير 2026، ويعزى ذلك بشكل أساسي إلى ارتفاع تكاليف القطاع السكني بنسبة 0.6%، وتكاليف القطاع غير السكني بنسبة 0.7%.
The General Authority for Statistics revealed that the construction cost index in Saudi Arabia recorded an increase in March 2026, with a rate of 2% compared to March 2025.
According to the data, this increase is mainly attributed to a rise in construction costs for the residential sector by 1.9%, and an increase in construction costs for the non-residential sector by 2.2%.
The index for the residential sector saw an annual increase of 1.9%; due to the rise in equipment and machinery rental costs by 4.5%, driven by an increase in equipment and machinery rental costs with an operator by 6.1%, as well as a rise in labor costs by 2.7% compared to March 2025, and an increase in energy prices by 3%.
According to the data, the costs of basic materials increased by 0.3%, driven by a rise in cement and concrete prices by 0.4%, and an increase in wood and carpentry prices by 1.3%.
Non-Residential Sector
The index for the non-residential sector recorded an annual increase of 2.2% in March compared to the same month in 2025, attributed to a rise in equipment and machinery rental costs by 5.9%, driven by an increase in equipment and machinery rental costs with an operator by 7.8%, and a rise in labor costs by 2.9%, in addition to an increase in energy costs by 3%.

On a monthly basis, the construction cost index for March 2026 increased by 0.6% compared to February 2026, primarily due to a rise in costs for the residential sector by 0.6%, and costs for the non-residential sector by 0.7%.
