أوصى مجلس إدارة شركة الأسمنت السعودية بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على مساهمي الشركة عن النصف الثاني من العام 2025، في خطوة تعكس متانة مركزها المالي واستمرار نهجها في مكافأة المساهمين.
122.4 مليون ريال إجمالي التوزيعات
وأوضحت «أسمنت السعودية»، في بيان لها على تداول السعودية اليوم، أن إجمالي التوزيعات المقترحة يبلغ 122.4 مليون ريال، سيتم توزيعها على 153 مليون سهم مستحق، بواقع 0.8 ريال للسهم الواحد، ما يمثل 8% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم.
أحقية الأرباح.. مرتبطة بانعقاد الجمعية
وبيّنت أن أحقية الأرباح ستكون لمساهمي «أسمنت السعودية» المالكين للأسهم بنهاية يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة المقبلة، والمقيدين في سجلات الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية بنهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية.
وأشارت إلى أن موعد انعقاد الجمعية سيُعلن عنه لاحقاً، بعد استكمال الموافقات اللازمة من الجهات المختصة.

وأكدت «أسمنت السعودية» أن تاريخ توزيع الأرباح سيُعلن في وقت لاحق، مشددة على عدم وجود جهات رسمية أخرى يتطلب الحصول على عدم ممانعتها لإتمام عملية التوزيع.

122.4 million riyals total distributions
Saudi Cement stated in a statement on Tadawul today that the total proposed distributions amount to 122.4 million riyals, which will be distributed to 153 million eligible shares, at a rate of 0.8 riyals per share, representing 8% of the nominal value of the share.
Eligibility for dividends... linked to the convening of the assembly
It clarified that the eligibility for dividends will be for the shareholders of Saudi Cement who own shares by the end of the day of the next general assembly meeting, and who are registered in the company's records with the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly.
It also indicated that the date of the assembly will be announced later, after completing the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.

Saudi Cement confirmed that the date for the distribution of dividends will be announced later, emphasizing that there are no other official entities that require obtaining their non-objection to complete the distribution process.
