تراجعت أسعار الذهب اليوم (الجمعة)، وتتجه لتسجيل انخفاض أسبوعي، بعدما دعم تقرير أقوى من المتوقع للوظائف في الولايات المتحدة التقديرات بأن مجلس الاحتياطي الاتحادي (البنك المركزي الأمريكي) لن يخفض الفائدة في اجتماعه في ديسمبر.
وهبط الذهب في المعاملات الفورية (0.2%) إلى (4062.79) دولار للأوقية (الأونصة)، ونزل المعدن النفيس (0.3%) منذ مطلع الأسبوع وحتى الآن، وزادت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب تسليم ديسمبر (0.2%) إلى (4068.10) دولار للأوقية.
وبالنسبة للمعادن النفيسة الأخرى انخفضت الفضة في المعاملات الفورية (0.4%) إلى (50.39) دولار للأوقية، وارتفع البلاتين (0.4%) إلى (1517.95) دولار، وزاد البلاديوم (0.3%) إلى (1381.22) دولار.
Gold prices fell today (Friday), heading towards a weekly decline, after a stronger-than-expected jobs report in the United States supported estimates that the Federal Reserve (the U.S. central bank) will not cut interest rates at its meeting in December.
Gold dropped in spot transactions by (0.2%) to (4062.79) dollars per ounce, and the precious metal has decreased (0.3%) since the beginning of the week until now, while U.S. gold futures for December delivery rose (0.2%) to (4068.10) dollars per ounce.
As for other precious metals, silver fell in spot transactions by (0.4%) to (50.39) dollars per ounce, platinum rose (0.4%) to (1517.95) dollars, and palladium increased (0.3%) to (1381.22) dollars.
