ضمن جهوده المتواصلة لتزويد رواد الأعمال بالمعارف والمهارات الضرورية للنجاح، وتمكينهم من إدارة شركاتهم الناشئة بفعالية واستدامة، نظّم مركز ستارت سمارت لريادة الأعمال التابع لمؤسسة مجتمع جميل أخيرا فعالية «مختبر الإدارة المالية» لرواد الأعمال وأصحاب الشركات الصغيرة في دار حسين جميل بمدينة جدة، ضمن سلسلة المختبرات المتخصصة التي يقيمها المركز وتهدف إلى تطوير القدرات العملية لرواد الأعمال ودعم نمو الشركات الناشئة.
سعت فعالية (مختبر الإدارة المالية) إلى تمكين رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لاكتساب المهارات والمعارف الضرورية المالية لإدارة أعمالهم بكفاءة مالية عالية، وتعزيز قدرتهم على تحقيق الاستدامة وقابلية التوسع في المجال المالي، حيث استفاد من المختبر 582 شخصا، وحصل 85 رائد أعمال على استشارات متخصصة.
ويأتي تنظيم مختبر المالية انطلاقاً من التزام المركز بتوفير منصات عملية تجمع بين التعلم النظري والتطبيق العملي، وتسهم في رفع الوعي المالي في منظومة ريادة الأعمال الوطنية.
تضمن المختبر عدداً من المسارات التفاعلية، مثل اللقاءات الإثرائية التي قدّمها الخبراء الماليون من عبداللطيف جميل لمناقشة موضوعات التخطيط المالي، وإدارة التدفق النقدي، والامتثال الضريبي، إلى جانب الجلسات الإرشادية الجماعية التي تتيح للمشاركين تطبيق المفاهيم المالية على مشاريعهم ضمن مجموعات عمل صغيرة، والجلسات الفردية التي تقدم إرشاداً متخصصاً وموجّهاً بحسب احتياجات كل مشارك.
تعليقاً على انعقاد المختبر، علقت د. مي طيبة، عضو مجلس أمناء مؤسسة مجتمع جميل السعودية: «نؤمن في مؤسسة مجتمع جميل السعودية بأن التمكين المالي هو أحد أهم ركائز استدامة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومن خلال مختبر الإدارة المالية، نسعى إلى منح رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الأدوات والمعرفة التي تساعدهم على فهم أعمق للجوانب المالية في مشاريعهم، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على نموها واستقرارها على المدى الطويل ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني». وأضاف محمد عبدالغفار، مدير عام أول لريادة الأعمال والمبادرات المجتمعية: «يشكّل مختبر الإدارة المالية امتداداً لالتزام مركز ستارت سمارت بتطوير مهارات رواد الأعمال في مختلف الجوانب التشغيلية، خصوصا تلك التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على استدامة الشركات، حيث نعمل على بناء منظومة متكاملة من المختبرات التي تدمج بين المعرفة النظرية والخبرة العملية، بما يتيح للمشاركين تحويل الأفكار إلى ممارسات مالية فعالة».
ويأتي «مختبر الإدارة المالية» استكمالاً لجهود مركز ستارت سمارت في تطوير بيئة ريادة الأعمال من خلال مبادرات معرفية مبتكرة مثل «مختبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي»، و«مختبر الذكاء الاصطناعي»، و«مسابقة ستارت سمارت»، بالإضافة إلى اللقاءات الشهرية التي تستضيف رواد الأعمال وتركز على الجوانب المحورية في نجاح واستدامة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وقد بلغ عدد المستفيدين من كافة المبادرات المقدمة من باب رزق جميل ومبادرات مؤسسة مجتمع جميل في هذا المجال نحو 382 ألف مستفيد إلى تاريخه. وتتماشى أهداف هذه الأنشطة مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في تمكين رواد الأعمال وزيادة مساهمة المنشآت الناشئة في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني.
As part of its ongoing efforts to equip entrepreneurs with the essential knowledge and skills for success, and to empower them to manage their startups effectively and sustainably, the Start Smart Entrepreneurship Center, affiliated with the Community Jameel Foundation, recently organized the "Financial Management Lab" for entrepreneurs and small business owners at the Dar Hussein Jameel in Jeddah. This event is part of a series of specialized labs organized by the center aimed at developing the practical capabilities of entrepreneurs and supporting the growth of startups.
The "Financial Management Lab" aimed to empower entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners to acquire the necessary financial skills and knowledge to manage their businesses with high financial efficiency, enhancing their ability to achieve sustainability and scalability in the financial domain. A total of 582 individuals benefited from the lab, and 85 entrepreneurs received specialized consultations.
The organization of the financial lab stems from the center's commitment to providing practical platforms that combine theoretical learning with practical application, contributing to raising financial awareness within the national entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The lab included several interactive tracks, such as enrichment meetings presented by financial experts from Abdul Latif Jameel to discuss topics like financial planning, cash flow management, and tax compliance, in addition to group mentoring sessions that allow participants to apply financial concepts to their projects within small working groups, and individual sessions that provide specialized and directed guidance based on each participant's needs.
Commenting on the lab's convening, Dr. Mai Tayba, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Jameel Foundation in Saudi Arabia, stated: "We at the Community Jameel Foundation believe that financial empowerment is one of the most important pillars of sustainability for small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the Financial Management Lab, we aim to provide entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners with the tools and knowledge that help them gain a deeper understanding of the financial aspects of their projects, positively reflecting on their growth and stability in the long term and supporting the national economy." Mohamed Abdul Ghafar, Senior General Manager for Entrepreneurship and Community Initiatives, added: "The Financial Management Lab represents an extension of the Start Smart Center's commitment to developing entrepreneurs' skills in various operational aspects, especially those that directly impact the sustainability of businesses. We are working to build a comprehensive system of labs that integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, enabling participants to turn ideas into effective financial practices."
The "Financial Management Lab" complements the efforts of the Start Smart Center in developing the entrepreneurship environment through innovative knowledge initiatives such as the "Social Media Lab," "Artificial Intelligence Lab," and "Start Smart Competition," in addition to monthly meetings that host entrepreneurs and focus on the pivotal aspects of the success and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises. To date, the number of beneficiaries from all initiatives provided by Bab Rizq Jameel and the Community Jameel Foundation in this field has reached approximately 382,000 beneficiaries. The objectives of these activities align with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering entrepreneurs and increasing the contribution of startups to supporting the national economy.
