ترأس وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز الوطني للتنمية الصناعية بندر الخريّف اجتماعاً عقده المركز مع وفد صيني رفيع المستوى يضم قادة أكثر من 30 شركة صينية؛ لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون الصناعي بين البلدين، واستكشاف الفرص الاستثمارية المشتركة في عددٍ من الصناعات عالية القيمة، تتقدمها الآلات والمعدات وأشباه الموصلات، وتقنيات التصنيع المتقدم.
واستعرض الاجتماع المزايا التنافسية لبيئة الاستثمار الصناعي بالمملكة، وأبرز الممكنات المقدمة من منظومة الصناعة لتمكين الاستثمارات الصناعية، والفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة في عدد من الصناعات المتقدمة، وفرص تبادل الخبرات ونقل التقنية والحلول الصناعية المبتكرة، إضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون في سلاسل الإمداد، وبحث أوجه التعاون المشترك.
وقدم عدد من جهات منظومة الصناعة نبذة عن ممكناتها وخدماتها المقدمة لتمكين المستثمرين الصناعيين، ومن تلك الجهات الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع، وهيئة المحتوى المحلي والمشتريات الحكومية، والهيئة السعودية للمدن الصناعية ومناطق التقنية (مدن)، وصندوق التنمية الصناعية السعودي، وبنك التصدير والاستيراد السعودي.
شراكات دولية
وعُقد الاجتماع بحضور عدد من قيادات منظومة الصناعة السعودية، ووفدٍ صيني يتقدمه نائب رئيس جامعة تسينغهوا الصينية، وقادة نحو 30 شركة صينية متخصصة في الصناعة والتقنية.
يذكر أن الاجتماع يأتي ضمن جهود المركز لتعزيز الشراكات الصناعية الدولية، واستقطاب الاستثمارات النوعية، وربط المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين بالفرص الواعدة في القطاعات الصناعية المستهدفة، بما يسهم في تعزيز التنمية الصناعية المستدامة، وتعظيم أثر القطاع الصناعي في تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني وفقاً لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al-Khorayef, who is also the Chairman of the Board of the National Industrial Development Center, chaired a meeting held by the center with a high-level Chinese delegation that includes leaders from more than 30 Chinese companies. The meeting aimed to discuss ways to enhance industrial cooperation between the two countries and explore joint investment opportunities in several high-value industries, led by machinery and equipment, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
The meeting reviewed the competitive advantages of the industrial investment environment in the Kingdom, the key enablers provided by the industrial ecosystem to empower industrial investments, promising investment opportunities in several advanced industries, opportunities for exchanging expertise, technology transfer, and innovative industrial solutions, in addition to enhancing cooperation in supply chains and discussing aspects of joint cooperation.
Several entities from the industrial ecosystem presented an overview of their capabilities and services offered to empower industrial investors, including the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and the Saudi Export-Import Bank.
International Partnerships
The meeting was attended by several leaders from the Saudi industrial ecosystem, along with a Chinese delegation led by the Vice President of Tsinghua University and leaders from about 30 Chinese companies specialized in industry and technology.
It is noteworthy that the meeting is part of the center's efforts to enhance international industrial partnerships, attract quality investments, and connect local and international investors with promising opportunities in targeted industrial sectors, contributing to the promotion of sustainable industrial development and maximizing the impact of the industrial sector in diversifying the national economy in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
