أكد رئيس الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل، أن الاقتصاد الحلال أصبح ركيزة استراتيجية في بناء اقتصاد إسلامي متكامل يمثل أحد جناحي التنمية إلى جانب التمويل الإسلامي، مشدداً على أن الوقت قد حان لإعادة هيكلة منظومة الحلال عالمياً، وتوحيد التشريعات والمؤسسات الداعمة لها، بما يعزز مكانة الدول الإسلامية في الاقتصاد الدولي.
مكة مركز عالمي للاقتصاد الإسلامي
ووجه الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل شكراً خاصاً إلى وزير التجارة الدكتور ماجد بن عبدالله القصبي، على دعمه المتواصل للمبادرات المشتركة، لاسيما «منتدى مكة للحلال» الذي يُعد أحد أبرز المشاريع المستقبلية للغرفة الإسلامية، مؤكداً أن دعمه لهذه المبادرات يُجسّد رؤية السعودية الطموحة في جعل مكة المكرمة مركزاً عالمياً للاقتصاد الإسلامي وقيمه الأصيلة.
ودعا رئيس الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية في كلمته، الدول الأعضاء إلى استثمار رأس المال البشري والشبابي وتوحيد الجهود نحو تحقيق تكامل اقتصادي إسلامي، بما يعكس القيم الأصيلة ويخدم التنمية العالمية، لافتاً إلى أن الاقتصاد الحلال هو محرك النمو القادم للعالم الإسلامي وأحد مفاتيح الريادة في الاقتصاد العالمي المستدام.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمة الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل، أمام الدورة الـ41 للجنة التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي (كومسيك)، أمس، التي افتتحها الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان في مركز إسطنبول للمؤتمرات، بمشاركة وزراء الاقتصاد والتجارة في الدول الأعضاء، وعدد من قيادات المنظمات الإسلامية والدولية.
منظومة اقتصادية عالمية
وأوضح رئيس الغرفة أن مفهوم الحلال، يتجاوز فكرة الشعار الديني، إلى كونه منظومة اقتصادية عالمية قائمة على الامتثال للقيم الربانية في الإنتاج والاستهلاك، مشيراً إلى أن هذه المنظومة تكتسب زخماً متزايداً نتيجة تنامي الطلب العالمي على المنتجات والخدمات التي تجمع بين الجودة والمسؤولية الأخلاقية.
وبيّن الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل، أن المملكة العربية السعودية تؤدي دوراً رياديّاً في قيادة اقتصاد الحلال عالمياً، من خلال تبنيها لمبادرات نوعية تسهم في تعزيز موقع الدول الإسلامية في هذا القطاع الواعد.
وأشاد في هذا السياق بمبادرة صندوق الاستثمارات العامة في تأسيس شركة متخصصة لتطوير منتجات الحلال، معتبراً أنها خطوة استراتيجية لتصحيح المعادلة العالمية وبناء صناعة سعودية ذات تأثير دولي في قطاع الحلال.
ترسيخ مكانة السعودية
وقال: «إن منتدى مكة للحلال، يُمثل اليوم منصة عالمية تجمع صُنّاع القرار والمستثمرين والخبراء من مختلف القارات، إذ تعمل الغرفة الإسلامية على تطويره ليكون نقطة التقاء سنوية، بما يعكس مكانة المملكة العربية السعودية، في ترسيخ مكانة مكة المكرمة مركزاً عالمياً للاقتصاد الإسلامي وقيمها الأصيلة، بهدف توحيد المعايير وبناء شراكات استراتيجية بين القطاعين العام والخاص، ودعم الابتكار في منتجات الحلال وتمويلها وتسويقها عالمياً».
تنفيذ استراتيجية 2030
وأشار إلى أن الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية تعمل على تنفيذ استراتيجية 2030 لتعزيز التكامل الاقتصادي بين الدول الإسلامية عبر تمكين قطاعات الحلال والتمويل الإسلامي باعتبارهما الجناحين الأساسيين للاقتصاد الإسلامي الحديث، وتنشيط العمل المؤسسي في مجالات ريادة الأعمال والتنمية المستدامة.
The Chairman of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel, confirmed that the halal economy has become a strategic pillar in building a comprehensive Islamic economy, representing one of the wings of development alongside Islamic finance. He emphasized that the time has come to restructure the global halal system and unify the legislation and supporting institutions, which would enhance the position of Islamic countries in the international economy.
Mecca as a Global Center for Islamic Economy
Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel expressed special thanks to the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, for his continuous support of joint initiatives, particularly the "Mecca Forum for Halal," which is considered one of the most prominent future projects of the Islamic Chamber. He affirmed that his support for these initiatives embodies Saudi Arabia's ambitious vision to make Mecca a global center for the Islamic economy and its authentic values.
In his speech, the Chairman of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry called on member countries to invest in human and youth capital and to unify efforts towards achieving Islamic economic integration, reflecting authentic values and serving global development. He pointed out that the halal economy is the upcoming growth driver for the Islamic world and one of the keys to leadership in the sustainable global economy.
This came during Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel's speech at the 41st session of the Economic and Commercial Cooperation Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) yesterday, which was inaugurated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Istanbul Congress Center, with the participation of ministers of economy and trade from member countries, along with several leaders of Islamic and international organizations.
A Global Economic System
The Chairman of the Chamber explained that the concept of halal goes beyond the idea of a religious slogan to being a global economic system based on compliance with divine values in production and consumption. He noted that this system is gaining increasing momentum due to the growing global demand for products and services that combine quality and ethical responsibility.
Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel indicated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays a leading role in driving the global halal economy by adopting qualitative initiatives that contribute to enhancing the position of Islamic countries in this promising sector.
In this context, he praised the initiative of the Public Investment Fund to establish a specialized company for developing halal products, considering it a strategic step to correct the global equation and build a Saudi industry with international influence in the halal sector.
Establishing Saudi Arabia's Position
He said, "The Mecca Forum for Halal represents today a global platform that brings together decision-makers, investors, and experts from various continents, as the Islamic Chamber works to develop it to be an annual meeting point, reflecting the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in establishing Mecca as a global center for the Islamic economy and its authentic values, aiming to unify standards and build strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors, and support innovation in halal products, financing, and marketing globally."
Implementing the 2030 Strategy
He pointed out that the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry is working on implementing the 2030 strategy to enhance economic integration among Islamic countries by empowering the halal and Islamic finance sectors as the two main wings of the modern Islamic economy, and activating institutional work in the fields of entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
