علمت «عكاظ» عن صدور تعديل في اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام المرور تضمن تقليص متطلبات ترخيص معارض وصالات ووكالات ومزادات بيع المركبات، عبر إلغاء شرط تقديم ضمان بنكي بقيمة 200 ألف ريال كان مطلوباً سابقاً للحصول على الترخيص.
وبحسب الضوابط المعتمدة حالياً، يشترط للحصول على ترخيص مزاولة نشاط بيع المركبات التقدم بطلب رسمي إلى الإدارة العامة للمرور، مع وجود سجل تجاري ساري المفعول يتيح ممارسة النشاط، إضافة إلى الحصول على الرخص اللازمة من الجهات ذات العلاقة.
كما تنص اللوائح على أن تجدد تراخيص محلات بيع المركبات المتخصصة كل 3 سنوات، وفقاً للشروط التي تعتمدها الإدارة العامة للمرور.
"Okaz" learned that a modification has been issued in the executive regulations of the traffic system, which includes reducing the requirements for licensing exhibitions, showrooms, agencies, and auctions for selling vehicles, by canceling the requirement to provide a bank guarantee of 200,000 riyals that was previously required to obtain the license.
According to the currently approved regulations, obtaining a license to engage in vehicle sales activity requires submitting an official application to the General Directorate of Traffic, along with a valid commercial registration that allows for the practice of the activity, in addition to obtaining the necessary licenses from the relevant authorities.
The regulations also stipulate that licenses for specialized vehicle sales shops must be renewed every 3 years, in accordance with the conditions set by the General Directorate of Traffic.
