أكد الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة «تداول» خالد الحصان أن البيئة التشريعية في السوق السعودية تستمر في التطور، ونعمل على توسيع إمكانية الوصول إلى أسواق المملكة وتعميق مستوى السيولة.
وأضاف الحصان في جلسة ضمن النسخة التاسعة لمبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار، أن فتح السوق الرئيسية لجميع المستثمرين الأجانب، سيوفر وصولاً أفضل لقاعدة أوسع من المستثمرين.
وبين أن القيود على دخول المستثمر الأجنبي في أسواق رأس المال السعودية أزيلت بشكل تدريجي، وذلك في أسواق الدخل الثابت، ومن ثم في السوق الموازية «نمو»، والآن تداول وهيئة السوق المالية في طور استطلاع الآراء لإزالتها في السوق الرئيسي «تاسي».
وعن الإطار التنظيمي بيّن أن ذلك يؤكد أن الإطار التنظيمي في السعودية يتم تطويره بالتزامن مع تزايد الطلب.
وذكر أن هناك تدفقات رأسمال إيجابية إلى السوق السعودية، حيث تجاوزت قيمة ملكية المستثمرين الأجانب في السوق السعودية 110 مليارات دولار، فيما تجاوز عدد المستثمرين الأجانب المؤهلين 4400 مستثمر مشارك في السوق.

Al-Hussan added in a session during the ninth edition of the Future Investment Initiative that opening the main market to all foreign investors will provide better access to a broader base of investors.
He indicated that the restrictions on foreign investor entry into the Saudi capital markets have been gradually removed, first in the fixed income markets, then in the parallel market "Nomu," and now Tadawul and the Capital Market Authority are in the process of gathering opinions to remove them in the main market "TASI."
Regarding the regulatory framework, he pointed out that this confirms that the regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia is being developed in tandem with the increasing demand.
He mentioned that there are positive capital inflows into the Saudi market, as the value of foreign investors' ownership in the Saudi market has exceeded 110 billion dollars, while the number of qualified foreign investors has surpassed 4,400 participants in the market.
