كشفت «تداول السعودية» في تقرير سوق أدوات الدين الربعي أن إجمالي قيمة إصدارات الصكوك والسندات المدرجة في السوق السعودية بنهاية الربع الثالث 2025 بلغ نحو 695.8 مليار ريال، بارتفاع بلغت نسبته 3% مقارنة بالربع الذي سبقه.
ووفقاً لتقرير«تداول»، وصل إجمالي القيمة المتداولة خلال الفترة إلى نحو 1.78 مليار ريال، مقارنة مع 16 مليار ريال للربع الذي سبقه، أي بانخفاض نسبته 89%.
وبلغ إجمالي عدد الصفقات المنفذة خلال الفترة 10,414 صفقة، مقارنة مع 12,251 صفقة تم تنفيذها خلال الربع الثاني 2025، كما بلغ إجمالي عدد إصدارات الصكوك والسندات المدرجة 60 إصداراً، مقارنة مع 61 إصداراً بنهاية الربع الثاني 2025.
السندات «المدرجة»
وارتفع حجم الصكوك والسندات المدرجة بالنسبة للناتج المحلي الإجمالي من 18.2% في الربع الثاني 2025 إلى 18.4% في الربع الثالث 2025، ومثلت قيمة الصكوك والسندات الحكومية المدرجة بنهاية الفترة نحو 97.6% من إجمالي إصدارات الصكوك والسندات، لتبلغ نحو 679.1 مليار ريال.
بينما شكلت صكوك وسندات الشركات المدرجة 2.4%، ما يعادل 16.7 مليار ريال. وبلغت ملكية السعوديين من أدوات الدين بنهاية الربع الثالث 2025 نحو 677.4 مليار ريال تمثل 97.4% من الإجمالي.
وبلغت ملكية المستثمرين الأجانب نحو 15 مليار ريال، فيما بلغت ملكية الخليجيين 3.4 مليار ريال.
"Tadawul Saudi Arabia" revealed in its quarterly debt instruments market report that the total value of listed sukuk and bonds in the Saudi market by the end of the third quarter of 2025 reached approximately 695.8 billion riyals, an increase of 3% compared to the previous quarter.
According to the "Tadawul" report, the total traded value during the period was about 1.78 billion riyals, compared to 16 billion riyals for the previous quarter, representing a decrease of 89%.
The total number of executed transactions during the period was 10,414 transactions, compared to 12,251 transactions executed during the second quarter of 2025. The total number of listed sukuk and bonds reached 60 issuances, compared to 61 issuances by the end of the second quarter of 2025.
Listed Bonds
The volume of listed sukuk and bonds as a percentage of GDP increased from 18.2% in the second quarter of 2025 to 18.4% in the third quarter of 2025. The value of listed government sukuk and bonds at the end of the period represented approximately 97.6% of the total sukuk and bond issuances, amounting to about 679.1 billion riyals.
Meanwhile, corporate sukuk and bonds represented 2.4%, equivalent to 16.7 billion riyals. Saudi ownership of debt instruments by the end of the third quarter of 2025 reached approximately 677.4 billion riyals, representing 97.4% of the total.
Foreign investors owned about 15 billion riyals, while Gulf investors owned 3.4 billion riyals.
