كشفت بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء أن عدد المشتركين على رأس العمل الخاضعين لأنظمة التأمينات الاجتماعية في السعودية بالقطاعين العام والخاص بلغ نحو 12.87 مليون مشترك بنهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2025.
وبلغ عدد السعوديين على رأس العمل المشتركين في التأمينات خلال الفترة نحو 2.96 مليون عامل، ما يعادل 23% من إجمالي المسجلين.
وفي المقابل، بلغ عدد الأجانب على رأس العمل نحو 9.91 مليون عامل ما يعادل 77% من إجمالي المسجلين.
ووفقاً لبيانات الهيئة، شكل عدد المسجلين في مؤسسة التأمينات الاجتماعية بالقطاع الخاص 95% من إجمالي المسجلين، ليبلغ عددهم 12.26 مليون مشترك.
الرياض تتصدر
وفيما يخص المنطقة الإدارية، فقد كان أكثر المشتركين الخاضعين للتأمينات في منطقة الرياض بنحو 6.16 مليون مشترك، ثم المنطقة الشرقية بنحو 2.42 مليون مشترك، ثم مكة المكرمة بنحو 2.19 مليون مشترك.
وذكرت الهيئة أن عدد المتوقفين عن الاشتراك في التأمينات الاجتماعية بلغ نحو 158.61 ألف شخص خلال الربع الثاني 2025.
وشكل عدد المتوقفين السعوديين عن الاشتراك خلال الفترة ما نسبته 57% من الإجمالي، ما يعادل 90.42 ألف مشترك، فيما بلغ عدد الأجانب 68.19 ألف شخص، ما يمثل 43% من الإجمالي.
The data from the General Authority for Statistics revealed that the number of active subscribers subject to social insurance systems in Saudi Arabia in the public and private sectors reached approximately 12.87 million subscribers by the end of the second quarter of 2025.
The number of Saudis actively participating in insurance during this period was about 2.96 million workers, representing 23% of the total registered.
In contrast, the number of foreigners actively working was about 9.91 million workers, which accounts for 77% of the total registered.
According to the Authority's data, the number of registrants in the social insurance institution in the private sector constituted 95% of the total registrants, amounting to 12.26 million subscribers.
Riyadh Leads
Regarding the administrative region, the highest number of subscribers subject to insurance was in the Riyadh region, with approximately 6.16 million subscribers, followed by the Eastern region with about 2.42 million subscribers, and then Makkah with around 2.19 million subscribers.
The Authority stated that the number of individuals who stopped subscribing to social insurance reached approximately 158.61 thousand people during the second quarter of 2025.
The number of Saudis who stopped subscribing during this period represented 57% of the total, equivalent to 90.42 thousand subscribers, while the number of foreigners was 68.19 thousand people, representing 43% of the total.
