أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر أكتوبر 2025م ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي، حيث تم تحديد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ قدره 7.547 مليار ريال.
4 شرائح
وبحسب البيان الصادر من المركز فقد قسمت الإصدارات إلى 4 شرائح، بلغ حجم الشريحة الأولى 538 مليون ريال سعودي لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2029م، وبلغت الشريحة الثانية 493 مليون ريال، لصكوك تستحق في عام 2032م، وبلغت الشريحة الثالثة 2.451 مليار ريال، لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2036م، وبلغت الشريحة الرابعة 4.065 مليار ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2039م.
The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance for October 2025 as part of the Saudi Arabian Government Sukuk program in Saudi Riyals, with a total allocation amount set at 7.547 billion Riyals.
4 Tranches
According to the statement issued by the center, the issuances were divided into 4 tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 538 million Saudi Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2029, the second tranche amounting to 493 million Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2032, the third tranche amounting to 2.451 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2036, and the fourth tranche amounting to 4.065 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2039.
