كشف رصد أجرته «عكاظ»، بناءً على تقرير وزارة المالية، أبرز المستهدفات التي ستشهدها المملكة في العام القادم 2026 في العديد من القطاعات الحيوية. ووفقاً للتقرير، فإن المملكة تستعد لتنفيذ مجموعة من المشاريع التنموية الطموحة التي ستسهم في تحفيز النمو الاقتصادي، وتطوير البنية التحتية، وتعزيز جودة الحياة للمواطنين. وتشمل هذه المستهدفات قطاعات متنوّعة مثل الصحة، والتعليم، والنقل، والطاقة، ما يضع المملكة على مسارٍ ثابت نحو تحقيق أهداف رؤية 2030، وتعزيز مكانتها كمركز عالمي للابتكار والاستثمار.
البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي
تواصل الإستراتيجية الوطنية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي رفع تصنيف المملكة عالمياً، مع توسّع خدمات «توكلنا» إلى 926 خدمة بحلول 2026 لدعم رقمنة الخدمات الحكومية. كما يستهدف البرنامج تأهيل 20 ألف خبير بيانات وذكاء اصطناعي بحلول 2030، مع تحقيق 70% من المستهدف في 2026 لتعزيز القدرات الوطنية والتنافسية الرقمية.
الاقتصاد الرقمي
يتجه سوق الاتصالات والتقنية في المملكة إلى تحقيق قفزة كبيرة بوصول حجمه إلى نحو 199 مليار ريال بنهاية العام 2026، كما يستهدف برنامج الاقتصاد الرقمي إضافة شركتين ملياريتين جديدتين في السوق السعودية بنهاية 2026.
مشاريع النقل
ويتم العمل على تطوير شبكة مراكز الفرز في حائل ومكة وعسير، وتعزيز نقاط التوزيع لرفع كفاءة الإمداد، إضافة إلى تدشين صالات سفر جديدة في الجوف وجازان وتأهيل صالة القصيم، وتفعيل مركزي القنفذة وينبع ورفع المراكز إلى 26 مركزاً.
التطور الصحي
وفي المجال الصحي، يتم استهداف تدريب مليوني مستفيد على مهارات الإسعافات الأولية عبر برنامج «الثمان الأولى»، وتطبيق الإطار الوطني للتراخيص لرفع التغطية الذكية إلى 90% وتقليص مدة الإصدار إلى 15 يوماً. كما تعمل على تجهيز مراكز الغسيل الكلوي بـ750 جهازاً حديثاً، وإنشاء 6 مستشفيات جديدة بسعة 1100 سرير، وإطلاق البوابة الوطنية للتجارب السريرية لدعم الأبحاث وجذب الاستثمارات الصحية.
الأنشطة الإعلامية
تطلق المملكة جائزة السعودية للإعلام لتعزيز الإبداع وتكريم الشخصيات والجهات المؤثرة، مع تطوير الحراك الإعلامي بشكل مستدام. كما تُعزز منصة «سعوديبيديا» حضور المملكة عالمياً، وتُنشأ مختبرات ذكاء اصطناعي لتطوير الإعلام الوطني الذكي باستخدام البيانات والخوارزميات لإنتاج وتوجيه المحتوى بكفاءة عالية.
المستهدف في الترفيه
يتم العمل على إنجاح موسم الرياض الذي يعد أكبر المواسم السعودية، ويحتوي على 11 منطقة ترفيهية، 15 بطولة عالمية، 34 معرضاً ومهرجاناً، وأكثر من 20 حفلة خليجية وعربية وعالمية، بهدف جذب أكثر من 20 مليون زائر، وخلق وظائف موسمية ودائمة، وتعزيز استدامة القطاع والمحتوى المحلي بمشاركة الشركات السعودية.
الفعاليات الرياضية
وفي المجال الرياضي، تستضيف المملكة أكثر من 13 فعالية رياضية عالمية في 2026 لتعزيز الاقتصاد والبنية التحتية والصحة المجتمعية، مع إطلاق دوري المدارس لاكتشاف المواهب، تطوير ملاعب رئيسية، وتنظيم أكثر من 60 مسابقة سنويا، بما في ذلك دوري النخبة تحت 21 عاما.
إستراتيجية الموارد البشرية
تستهدف المملكة رفع نسبة السعوديين ذوي المهارات العالية، عبر إطلاق الإطار الوطني للمهارات وتدريب 23 ألف متدرب في 2026 ضمن مبادرة مسرعة المهارات لتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية، كما يُحوّل بند الأجر في العقود الموثقة إلى سند تنفيذي لتعزيز الامتثال وبيئة عمل مستقرة وجاذبة.

Data and Artificial Intelligence
The National Strategy for Data and Artificial Intelligence continues to elevate the Kingdom's global ranking, with the expansion of "Tawakkalna" services to 926 services by 2026 to support the digitization of government services. The program also aims to qualify 20,000 data and artificial intelligence experts by 2030, achieving 70% of the target by 2026 to enhance national capabilities and digital competitiveness.
Digital Economy
The telecommunications and technology market in the Kingdom is set to make a significant leap, reaching approximately 199 billion riyals by the end of 2026. The digital economy program also aims to add two new billion-dollar companies to the Saudi market by the end of 2026.
Transportation Projects
Efforts are underway to develop sorting center networks in Hail, Mecca, and Asir, enhance distribution points to improve supply efficiency, in addition to launching new travel lounges in Al-Jawf and Jazan, rehabilitating the Qassim lounge, activating the Al-Qunfudhah and Yanbu centers, and raising the total centers to 26.
Health Development
In the health sector, the goal is to train two million beneficiaries in first aid skills through the "First Eight" program, implement the national licensing framework to raise smart coverage to 90%, and reduce the issuance time to 15 days. Additionally, efforts are being made to equip dialysis centers with 750 modern machines, establish six new hospitals with a capacity of 1,100 beds, and launch the national portal for clinical trials to support research and attract health investments.
Media Activities
The Kingdom is launching the Saudi Media Award to enhance creativity and honor influential figures and entities, while developing sustainable media movement. The "SaudiPedia" platform also boosts the Kingdom's global presence, and artificial intelligence labs are being established to develop smart national media using data and algorithms for efficient content production and direction.
Target in Entertainment
Efforts are being made to ensure the success of Riyadh Season, which is the largest Saudi season, featuring 11 entertainment zones, 15 global championships, 34 exhibitions and festivals, and more than 20 Gulf, Arab, and international concerts, aiming to attract over 20 million visitors, create seasonal and permanent jobs, and enhance the sustainability of the sector and local content with the participation of Saudi companies.
Sports Events
In the sports field, the Kingdom will host more than 13 global sports events in 2026 to enhance the economy, infrastructure, and community health, with the launch of a school league to discover talents, develop major stadiums, and organize more than 60 competitions annually, including the elite league for under 21 years old.
Human Resources Strategy
The Kingdom aims to increase the percentage of high-skilled Saudis by launching the national skills framework and training 23,000 trainees in 2026 as part of the skills acceleration initiative to develop national competencies. Additionally, the wage clause in documented contracts will be converted into an executive bond to enhance compliance and create a stable and attractive work environment.
